The coffee was amazing ! During this visit they did not have dark roast so I just had the regular coffee and my god it was so perfect. Then I had a Nutella croissant and the pastry had such a fabulous crunch. I go to this Tim Hortons everyday after work and there is this really nice man there who remembers my order. I feel so valued as a Tim Hortons customer to have someone take the time to literally remember my order and my face to match the order every time. I wanted to personally...
It's more the atmosphere that I love here. I love meeting up with friends here, and I see everyone I know. It's nice. The staff are great.. slow drive thru. But it's ok, they do well. My coffee is usually right. Not every time .. but they are gracious when it's wrong .
It's such a pleasure to feel the great customer service vibe at a Tim Horton's store! The staff here, including Jacob, go beyond regular service and deserve to be recognized for amazing courteous and genuine attitude in their jobs. Special thanks to Brittany, the manager on duty, who shows great customer service and management skills !
