Every time I order from Tim’s Lorine is really good lady she takes the order very professionally with kind heart ❤️ she always double check and confirm the order with customers to have anything I always like that and god her sweet voice in the morning it’s always makes a day special

This place says it offers dine in but this isn't true. This place used to have a great atmosphere until covid hit but now it's terrible. Not only do they STILL have the dining area roped off with crime scene tape in Aug 2024 but if you're waiting for a friend to meet for coffee, they kick you out the second you're done ordering, even in 30°C weather. They also don't even let you use the bathroom to wash up after ordering! I can see making it "customers only" but this is ridiculous. Go to the one on Bloor instead, it's close by and WAY better.

Kid-friendliness: Not at all kid-friendly if you have a baby that needs a diaper change and no vehicle, or a kid that can't hold it. They won't let you use their perfectly functional restrooms, even in an emergency.

"The worst Tim Hortons in Oshawa. The lady working at the front of the store is really rude. She doesn't even look at you or smile. She just placed my order at the corner of the front desk, walked away, and didn't even inform me that it was my order. Never going to visit this place again."

They permanently closed the dining area

No greeting at the drive thru. Like nothing for 5 minutes. Drove to the window (only one car ahead) they claimed they were busy. Not a reason to ignore customers, very rude. Saw atleast 8 people inside. Dining room wasn’t busy. Stop making excuses and remember you are working in customer service. A simple “we’ll be with you shortly” would have sufficed. Will not visit again.

Coffee is only hot during peak times. want one at 4 pm? Its not even warm then. And what is going on with the ice capps there, hardly any ice and way to much milk in them

I figured once the dining room was shut down the owners would do a better job at staffing the drive through,but no.This location has always had really slow drive-through service but sitting in the parking lot waiting was always entertaining was in there today at 3:25pm and a week prior at the same time but both times they only had one egg for one breakfast sandwich when I ordered 2 sandwiches.This is all on the owners!!
