Placed an online order and pulled up and no one was answering the speaker at all, pulled up to the window and none was there at all, literally had to call the store before anyone came to the window: then was told they can’t make any food yet it was available on the app? THEN was told I’ll be refunded but I won’t get my rewards back that I used for my drink? What an absolute shit show.

It would be good if you can give proper training to your staffs. I came in the morning at 9:45am to purchase something. A girl started taking my order, I asked for a wrap and she told me it’s not available, and didn’t listen to what I would like to order next. I waited for a while before someone came to take my order. Then, she left me to wait again… Atleast say a word when you incomplete someone’s order like “please wait” or “have a look into the Menu”… ??

Came just now in the drive thru. Waited longer than they told us plus getting the wrong order and many missing order not to mention the order taker was repeating our orders. Missing napkins, donut and dipping sauce. Not coming back

I went to Tim’s this morning to grab one of my usuals and I haven’t been to this one in a while. I got a bagel belt. It wasn’t made right wasn’t even toasted too much mayo and it was cold. I work at Tim Hortons so I know how things are supposed to be made and this is not it. Don’t come here.

Krall Space

This service staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and one above and beyond to help us. Unfortunately the food was absolutely terrible, as in break your teeth rock hard chicken, and somehow even rock hard roast beef!? And the rest of the food was out of stock. Unfortunately not coming back.

This Tim Hortons is just a constant let down. I go to this location daily, most often 2-3 times a day. When I get bagels they’re either untoasted or burnt to a crisp. When I order coffee it’s burnt 99% of the time. More often than not, they never give me the correct items I ordered and paid for. Most of the staff is unfriendly. There’s maybe 4 amazing staff members that go above and beyond. So disappointing.

This used to be such a great location fast and easy. Now it’s wondering if the intercom in the drive thru is broken because you’re waiting so long for them to take your order. I’m pretty understanding if they need me to repeat my order a second time but 4-5 times is a bit much and they still read your order back wrong. Sure I can make my tea at home myself but I would be lying if I said that I didn’t like the convenience of someone making it for me. It’s also frustrating when you want to enjoy your expensive large tea in your large Tim’s cup and it’s what you would receive as a medium size…. Do better guys I counted atleast six employees if they don’t know what they’re doing and can’t work under pressure re-train them. Simple. Easy.

It would be nice if they had lactose-free options. I was told by one of the employees that they don't have any of those options. That I would have to go somewhere else. That I would have to go somewhere else

I was directed here to meet someone for a sale on Facebook marketplace, only to find out that the individual was an employee currently working. Not only were they on their phone to arrange this pickup, but they left the busy drive thru to do our transaction. The other employees seemed compliant with this as they went and got the employee from his role on drive thru when I asked if they were around. This was highly unprofessional to start with, but then to add insult to injury the employee scammed me, selling a counterfeit useless version of the item he had falsely listed. He then refused my many attempts to return the item. Does Tim’s have no rules anymore? Should I expect the employee handing me my food to have just been on their phone that they were using in the bathroom that morning? I fear for what is happening to this former Canadian icon of a company.

Tim Hortons is supposed to be a place where people start their day with good coffee, but my experience was disappointing. I waited at the counter for 5 to 7 minutes, and no one took my order. The staff saw me standing there but didn’t come over. Another customer was also trying to get his order replaced, but it wasn’t clear what he had ordered or what they gave him. No one seemed responsible, and the whole situation was frustrating and disorganized.
