Normal Tim Hortons disappointment below average food/drinks below average staffing and coffee at nuclear fusion temperatures I wish Tim Hortons would adopt the double layered cups that a lot of other places use oh well.

They can’t even keep up when there is 2 ppl in line a when there’s more then that you are waiting 10 mins for a bagel ! They never only put like one slice of bacon on it instead of 3 ! Wouldn’t recommend this location just go down the street to the one on king it’s run far better !

Ordered a tea, gave me wrong order, didn’t notice until I got to work. Mentioned it the next day and they wouldn’t give me a new one because I didn’t bring the cup with wrong order (which I didn’t drink). So lost money and didn’t get a tea. Terrible customer service and unprofessional. Won’t be back.

Arrived to the right lane of the drive thru. No one in the left lane. A car pulled up to the left lane and the Tim Horton employee took their order first. The two english muffins we ordered double toasted were not double toasted, and the blueberry muffin I ordered was not in the bag. We didn't realize that until we had exited the parking lot. And finally the hash brown we ordered was stone cold.

You can get a coffee while waiting for oil change or tire repairs at a nearby Mr Lube
When a Customer tells you their order is wrong, it's not the staffs place to argue with them. The customer is always right ? I go through the drive through here EVERYDAY, same order. So when I say * excuse me , would you mind fixing this please* telling me no it was done right is not the answer. Do better. My order isn't rocket science. When I say very little cream and my ice Capp comes to me white as snow, clearly very little cream was not used.

This Tim’s was the best at getting through big line ups but staff has changed and the new crew just cannot keep up. No longer my go to Tim’s!
I was really disappointed with my recent visit to this Tim Hortons. The display looked poorly maintained, and as you can see in the photo, some of the donuts didn’t look fresh or properly prepared. The staff were unprofessional, and the food wasn’t fresh at all. This isn’t the level of quality or service I usually expect from Tim Hortons. I hope management takes action to improve cleanliness, food freshness, and customer service

Really a worst experience usually i went there at 10:30 the girls who works there they don’t come to take the order it happened with me regularly and second problem is communication customers need to tell the order twice or thrice after this they understand WHEN CUSTOMER ODER ANYTHING THEY ALWAYS SAY SORRY.. SORRY SORRY AFTER THIS THEY UNDERSTAND WHATS THE ORDER even evey person who comes at night face both problem as they don’t come to take the order.
Absolutely disgusting 🤢 Not only did it take 20 min standing at the the cashier for someone to even Acknowledge me, but the cashier took my order with her deli gloves on then went and made wraps with the same gloves she took cash with.
Clearly the staff should have been trained in food handling.
I recently moved to this area where the Tim’s is and by far I have found the staff so friendly and they handle the line ups perfect. I use this Tim’s at all hours of the day and night bc of my job and so thankful it’s open 24hrs. I spoke with the owner this morning to let him know what a great job his staff is doing. He was extremely kind and thankful for my kind words.

I love the girls that work here but the wait time is very slow, needs huge improvement.
I come through this drive thru on a weekly basis for my son. We have a quick and easy order so there is never mistakes, however the older woman working the drive thru in the mornings is always so lovely to hear, she is kind and easy to hear! Just want her to know she’s doing a great job 😊
