They don’t deserve any stars. I recently visited and was really disappointed by the lack of hygiene in the service. The server handed me my coffee in a way that was completely unsanitary—he was holding the cup from the top, and coffee splashed onto his fingers. To make matters worse, he didn’t even wipe his hands before putting the lid on and giving it to me, with coffee dripping from his fingers. It was extremely unhygienic and left me feeling quite disgusted. Cleanliness and proper food handling should be a priority, and this experience fell far short of that.

before i post this i am not one to ever complain or write reviews. but guys, i love tim hortons… but this one is so gross. there is always fruit flies all through out the bakery display, which how are companies still allowed to have one??? today when i got my regular bagel and iced coffee, there was a wasp in the display… um??? and bro told me that he already killed one today and wanted to make sure that i knew what i saw?? i let him know right away because 1) when he goes to grab stuff it could sting him so !!! and 2) because they are landing on the food and people are eating it???????? and mans didn’t even wash his hands after and grabbed a donut for the next lady, no no no!! this is exactly why ill never order anything bakery from any tim hortons cause you never know what they doin fr.

i've been to this location twice in the past two months and i got served raw food both times. i got a chicken craveable and the chicken was raw. i got a sausage breakfast sandwich and the sausage was raw. thankfully, i realized the chicken was raw after the first bite of the craveable but for the sausage breakfast sandwich, i was on my last few bites. i got sick from both instances. nobody has seemed to care. all i've received for compensation was tim hortons points? i have full blown food poisoning now and i don't think this is acceptable. i will never be back at this location and i believe they need some better quality control here.

This location is one of the worst locations. There is always a huge lineup and Service is incredibly slow not enough staff is the main issue.

Some friends and I had went to this Tim Hortons location and we ordered the following, a medium peach quencher, a bottle of apple juice and a box of 20 timbits. When our order was called my friend went up to grab it, when she brought it back to the table we realized we had only received 13 timbits. When my friend had gone up to the counter to ask about our missing 7 timbits the workers were rude even though she was calm and polite when asking about it. One of the workers had printed her receipt and barely even showed her the total. When ordering, we had ordered on the kiosk and it did not print off a receipt so we did not have our own copy. When showing her the receipts had been about a foot or two away and he quickly turned it in her direction then crumpled it and threw it out. Overall they were very “pissy” and the customer service was not good..

My girl Gerdy ordered 20 timbits on the kiosks, the workers proceeded to give her 10 chocolate timbits and 3 honey dip in a separate bag? When we noticed this she went up to ask if she could get the 7 missing timbits very politely.. the workers then started to claim she had ordered 13 (which isn't even available). She then asked to see her receipt, a man at the counter proceeded to raise it into the air briefly so that she could not read it and then through it into the trash.. Gerdy then gave up and walked back, telling me this. My other friend then ordered and she had heard the staff gossiping about Gerdy saying she was trying to scam them? This is totally false, I mean a 13 pack of timbits isn't even a thing..

My kids were throwing a fit because I didn't have enough money to get them anything but a cup of water. An employee told me not to stress and that she would cover what they wanted. Even took the time to help me calm my anxiety down. Best experience ever! It was much appreciated.

The Only 5star I would offer is the Atmosphere everything about this place is 1star they don't even earn 1 star..Last week as my family entered the mall we decided to grab a coffee on the way. The place was over crowed the staff was very few when we got our turn they even took 10 mins to make an order top of all this the coffee was horrible. When I returned my product back they didn't even said sorry was rude about it few of the staff was very low on hygiene didn't even looked fresh as one of them walked by me i smelled the strongest sweat I'm guessing he hasn't showered in days. The managers seems very lazy at most point one GM Managers she seems like she wasn't doing her job just wondering around cleaning machines when she knew it was busy as her staff called out for help she refused went to the back . HORRIBLE SERVICES.

Fix your kiosks, they are somehow always out of order.

Huge line this morning, I went to the kiosk because for whatever reason no one was using it. Go to where you have to pay but the kiosk wasn't communicating to the pin pad.

Waited back in the line, told the person the kiosks are out of order and they reply "yea we know"

You could take 30 seconds to put a sign in. Pretty sure this location just doesn't want you using them

I brought a habanero veggie bowl from this location and I must say that the quantity was very low. I have bought it from other locations before, and compared to those, the quantity here was very low. I did not complain at the time due to time constraints. I posted a review on the same day, but I noticed today that the review was not uploaded. I had also bought a wrap before, and the quantity was pretty low, which is why I opted for a bowl this time. I must say that the quantity in the bowl was even lower than the wrap. At least with the wrap, we get a tortilla. The purchase was made on May 15, 2024, at 2:25. Very disappointed! This picture doesn't exactly shows the quantity. I should have taken a video!!!!
