I'm here at the mall and Tim hortons is completely filled with customers, backed up and people are getting rude and annoyed .. There's a lady Kelly who came out of nowhere and got strait to work fixing problems .. and is not only getting all the orders out, she's educating the staff and stopping mistakes in action all at once. She deserves a raise. Whoever this lady is deserves a weeks paid vacation. She's a superhero

The place used to be really good food, service and quickness. Ever since the new ownership they have gone down hill. Not enough staff working . I feel like the staff is overworked and always short handed and the food is way downhill they skimp on everything . Food taste is bad . Sad because it used to be really good Most of all I feel bad for the staff working there they always looks stressed. and there's not enough of them working on any given day.

I clear told that 1 Medium 2 milk. Guess the attendee was not paying attention while making coffee and they put sugar into it. I understand mistakes happen but the person who drinks the coffee had been precribed by doctor to lower the sugar intake. I am really disppointed. The mistake was fixed when I went back there.
