Should have two people on for food and like 2 for drive thru and one or two at the tills, it shouldn't take 10 mins for me to get a simple wrap.

Let’s start service got so bad I get yelled out by staff cleaning washroom ,just I asked to use washroom .then this blinding blue light ,I have cataracts in my eyes Long wait time to get coffee ,often 1 cashier ,when line goes out door .this location gone downhill so fast . Witness same washroom cleaner ,yelling at senior man for wanting use washroom. Get rid blue light ,causes me headaches. This location worst worst .priority is drive tru ,when I asked take 1 drive tru help counter ,they say can’t do that ,yes they can . I worked Tim hortons back in the day .

Food came fast & was tasty. Atmosphere was ok. You’ll have to ask for the washroom key from an overwhelmed server who’s trying to multi task so pack your patience. There were messy tables with no one sitting at them & the garbages here were all overflowing. There was a server out on the floor trying to keep up with the dining room cleaning. Other than, that it was a regular old coffee house that was just -super busy.

I usually order the roast beef and cheddar with both habanero and creamy BBQ sauce, and they always mess it up. I ask for just a little habanero for the spice, and somehow they give me only habanero and no BBQ at all. On top of that, the meat is always cold I have to ask them to heat it every time. The lettuce was brown, and the sandwich was just sad. I called to complain, and the girl I spoke with refused to take my name down in the book. She told me to come the next day, but when I did, someone else told me I should’ve made sure they wrote my name down as if it’s my job to teach staff how to do theirs. I shouldn’t have to carry around a nasty old sandwich just to prove my point. Do better, seriously.
I recently ordered a loaded chicken bowl and was thoroughly impressed. It's been a while since I last had one this delicious, and the portion size was notably generous compared to other locations.

Worst Ice Latte I have ever had. Staff is so unprofessional, firstly they made order not the way I told. On the window counter, lady was unable to understand English properly. Then they redeliver the drink with brewed coffee instead of espresso shot. Such a cheap service. 🤡

Ordered 2 Cambro coffee orders 35 cups each. One was regular the other was decaffeinated. It was for a memorial service near by. Had a friend pick them up the day of. They were not ready at all. They had to look around for the order slip. Totally unaware of the order. Once they found the order they began filling the dirty filthy coffee Cambro carafes. My friend asked if they could at least wipe down the outside of them but they refused!! In the car one of them was leaking coffee all over the floor of his vehicle. I nearly passed out seeing these extremely dirty old coffee carafes. Would possibly be fine at a hockey arena but definitely not for a beautiful funeral service!! The first few cups of coffee had thick dried coffee chunks come out. I ran it through until finally clear. I ended up giving the $50 cash deposit to my friend to have his car cleaned. Would never order from them again!!!
