Drive thru wait is unacceptably long. Excuses about daily maintenance is not a good business operations model. All maintenance activities should be seamless to the customer. Very poorly managed franchise.

Usually the coffee is done right, but the food is hit or miss. My Loaded bowl today was missing all the veggies except for lettuce which was really disappointing. Those fresh veggies are half the reason I get the loaded bowl.

Simcoe location has to be the slowest in Oshawa. They make so many mistakes - we only go here when none in our area are open at night.

I recently visited a Tim Hortons location after seeing online that it was open 24 hours. It was around 1 AM, and I was craving a coffee, so I walked to the store, expecting to place an order. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the doors were locked, even though the location was supposed to be open. I noticed the drive-thru was still operational, so I decided to walk through and order since I didn't have a vehicle.

To my disappointment, the staff member refused to take my order and, to make matters worse, responded rudely, telling me to leave in an unprofessional manner. I understand that drive-thrus are typically meant for cars, but given the late hour and the fact that the store was otherwise closed, I expected a little more understanding and courtesy.

This experience left me feeling quite dissatisfied, as I was simply looking to enjoy a coffee and was treated disrespectfully. I hope this location improves its customer service and provides clearer communication about its hours and policies in the future.

This is by far one of the worst locations everybody's at.

Lack of training. Lack of teamwork.

There was housefly on donuts. French Vanilla taste is bad and is way off from what I get usually at other branches and had to throw it off. Blueberry muffin is good

Disappointing, no service by the lady at the drive thru. It was around 2am at night they say it's 24 hours but no service for walk-in or mobile orders? On the top the lady was so rude and had me standing in the cold for 15 minutes. Not going to visit this store again. Felt so stupid being here

This Tim Hortons is the worse one I have been to. We were the 4th Vehicle in the drive thru and took 13 minutes for us to get to the window. Even the Car ahead of us was getting angry. This was about 7:15 pm. Not busy inside at all. I ran in to ask to speak to a Manager and was told to Google the Number by some young kid at the front counter. Never going back again. The place should be shut down if they can't run it properly.
