I’m appalled. I asked for herb and garlic cream cheese and butter on my bagel… why is there more butter than cream cheese. This is absolutely unacceptable. My latte was good, that’s about it. When I was younger and went to Tim Hortons they always put an appropriate amount of cream cheese on my bagel. Why don’t they do this anymore. I am very disappointed and this is the exact reason I stay away from Tim Hortons. The only reason I went is because I got a gift card. Ridiculous.

Myrtle at Tim Hortons was fantastic! I went there Monday ! She was so kind, quick, and made my visit really pleasant. It’s always nice being greeted by someone with such a positive attitude, especially during a busy time. Great service and great energy. She made my day

We had a very bad experience today here, we ordered at around 5:43 and since then me and my wife were waiting for our turn , we can see the girl was just talking to the front customer and just handed a cup of coffee after speaking for straight 7-8 min. This is soooooo bad, we were getting late for works, and we did got late. By the way, we got our turn ar 5:52!!!!! Can uh imagine we go on drive thus to get quick service and we receive such experience. Disappointed!!!!!!

The two ladies that helped me at this location today were awesome.
I went in there, asking for an item related to the hockey series and they took the time to search the whole back room to find it for me. It was sold out at other stores, and I appreciate that they took the effort to find it and make me a happy customer.
Elizabeth was super friendly and went above and beyond. So did the other lady with her, but I didn’t get her name.
Definitely recommend this location !

Foods are okay. But the service and the cleanliness is little bad. Several times we saw they are not cleaning the tables and floors.

The place is clean and well-maintained, and my coffee and food were fresh and made properly. This location is reliable and has a welcoming atmosphere. The most rudest, unprofessional, and misbehaved supervisor ever. Her name is SAVITA. She thinks she can behave however she wants with customers and is acting like she owns the store. If you don’t know how to behave with customers, please leave because this job is not for you. Pathetic.
