I had an amazing experience at this Tim Hortons, all thanks to Taha. Even though the store was incredibly busy, he still made me feel genuinely welcome the moment I stepped up to the counter. His efficiency was unbelievable—he handled each customer quickly, accurately, and with a big smile on his face.
What stood out most was the way he treated the elderly customer ahead of me. He spoke with so much patience, warmth, and respect that the man left smiling and laughing, even after waiting in a long line. You rarely see service like that anymore.
I also ordered a bunch of food and drinks, and every single item was prepared on time, heated properly, and made exactly the way I asked. Taha made sure my small individual customizations were done perfectly. On top of that, he remembered my order from my last visit, which made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer—no other Tim Hortons branch has ever given me that kind of experience.
Despite the rush, he made sure everyone in line got their orders fast and done right. His positive energy is refreshing, and it genuinely elevates the entire atmosphere. Employees like Taha truly make a difference.
I live very close to this Tim Hortons, and I’m genuinely happy that this is my local branch. Because of the excellent service and the amazing team here, I honestly don’t want to go to any other location.

If the drive thru is full, you'll be 20-30 mins in line and your order will probably be wrong. Better off going to taunton and harmony where they are fast.

Why can't you make a coffee correctly? If I consistently failed to perform my main task at work I would lose my job. I've given many chances now. If you're going to be one of the slowest locations in Oshawa then you should at least focus on accuracy.
