I was very disappointed this morning when I came to get my morning coffee and bagel. From what I understood there were some machines broken and new staff being trained, but that was not my problem at all. My problem comes when the staff is rude to customers due to their own stress.
I placed a mobile order today because I was in a rush and the line was long, and waited by the mobile orders pick-up. I saw an employee drop a bagel on the table by the mobile orders, and then it sat there for about 5 minutes. By the time I received my iced coffee, I told the employee handing me my drink (I think she was new) that “I think that is my bagel sitting there”. As she was going to hand my order over, an older lady (I think she was training) turned around and began yelling at the new employee going to hand me the bagel. She then looked over at me and starts saying “well how do you know that’s yours?” and “who even are you?”. She raised her voice enough for everyone in the restaurant to be looking over and listening to our conversation. I told her I placed a mobile order a while ago, and then received a lecture from her that I should’ve given them my name, which I did not know. I don’t often place mobile orders, and the employee was new! It was an honest mistake and I did not appreciate the amount of anxiety that I felt in this situation. I paid for my food, I was late to where I needed to go, and I still had to wait for them to then take the order back, open it up and confirm that it was mine! By the time I got my order I was very anxious and the food was cold. I’m not coming back, and I hope this lady understands how aggressive she can come across- especially to people dealing with mental health. I am not okay with this and will be ensuring that myself and my family do not come back.
Staff us always so friendly amd courteous !
Everyday this week they have run out ice coffee by 4pm. Terrible!
This Tim Hortons is filled with hard working and courageous employees. It’s always a pleasant experience and smile faces.
They literally draw a smile face on my lid that makes my day better. 😇
I had such a lovely experience with this team! The manager was incredibly quick and efficient, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The staff were working so hard, and you could tell they genuinely cared about providing a nice and beautiful experience. A special touch I noticed—they draw adorable smiley faces on the lids! It’s those little details that make the difference. Highly recommend this place!
No thank you. Wendy's is much better
Employe had attitude when I ask about chocolate croissant they use to have with Nutella when i can still get it in Toronto. What i ordered was sooo dry not fresh example timbits and chocolate croissant is like a rock and dry. I didn't complain the first time when I went the coffee was water down taste bad. Now it was the pastry. Just because it's by a gas station is that a good reason to have awful service and food.
My last trip into Tim Hortons was in the small town of Columbus at an ESSO gas station and the workers there are some of the nicest I've ever encountered
I had ordered Tim bits from this location a little while back. I had ordered 50 assorted Tim bits and no plain. When I received my order, I had received only 2 boxes of 20 timbits (I had counted every single one them myself). I messaged skip the dishes and they had said they cannot offer me a refund. I called the store to speak with the manager, she was extremely condescending and rude. She said she apparently packed it herself and said there was 25 tim bits in each (which was not true because I counted). She said she would call me back herself so we could discuss this further after she reviewed cameras and never called me back. Very unprofessional and disappointed in this.
I have also had other situations in the past of dealing with rude and nasty workers here. Always getting orders wrong.
I went in for a simple cheese flatbread pizza around 8:10pm and they said they couldn’t make it because they turn the oven off at 8pm. They close at 10pm as well. Why do you guys turn the oven off 2hours before closing…

Staff were fantastic
Deliberately slow, missed my train cause they decided to serve another guest before me. Go two seconds down the road, they know what they're doing!!!!!
They have the best team around. Kay, Donna, KiKi, Mandy etc. They are always in a good mood with big smiles.
Only one employee on duty, so takes a few minutes .
No drive thru
This location has their washrooms down and they tell everyone that there is no washrooms available yet I saw workers with washroom keys. The ruler with the key attached to it to go to the washroom. Why do they get the chance to go to the washroom but not the costumers?? It’s not fair!
