The space may be limited in this bustling location, but there are tables available for those who wish to dine in. I find myself confused regarding the term "franchise," as this location does not offer honey, unlike others. Is there a lack of standardization? When I spoke with the location manager, she suggested that sales play a significant role in these decisions. Is this a case of misleading advertising, or am I simply misunderstanding the situation?? ? ? ?.

This is one of the best Tim Hortons in Durham, the staff and management are always fast, patient and kind despite their heavy customer traffic and small work space.
I can't praise this location enough!

I come to this location because its one of the few that have chocolate marble donuts. Lately they only have them once and a while or they are always sold out( doubt it). I come from a fair distance and pass 2 other tims on the way. I am just going to start going to the one closest if I go one more time and theres none.

the line was long, the manager took one order in 10 minutes even tho there was 2 tills available and only 1 in use. took 10 minutes standing in line to get a coffee.....then some old guy walks up to the counter and complains to thje manager for 5 minutes and the manager gave him a free coffee while we all had to wait 10+minutes. this was 9:25am this morning. hire more people. a long line in your store is not my problem.

To the owner:Please read in full: I went there on August 19 th between 9:20 pm and 9:30 pm. I saw one of their staff(a girl with specs) mopping. I asked her if they are still open, the staff was not so welcoming. But no issues, it might be the lack of training. She was mopping without any gloves and she came and took my order. I asked for a small coffee triple triple. That same staff came and served the coffee without washing the hands after mopping. I didn’t said anything. I put that coffee at the garbage placed outside. Please train the staff properly. They are lacking some basic hygiene. Please please please don’t go to this location. The customers are not paying for this. Never again to this location.

Tim Hortons is a brand. It's the brand we go for but the service can be improved.
A smile would go a long way.
When taking orders, it is important to listen rather than asking the same questions again and again.

Went to Tim's around 9 and was told I couldn't order anything other than a bagel and donuts after I asked for a wrap. These workers, had me struggling for my soul after I asked for not one, not two, but 3 different items and was told they can't because it wasn't breakfast hours AT TIMMIES. 10/10 was crying in my car as I had to get burger King instead. Will be screaming into my pillow tonight

Tried to explain to the cashier I wanted a Sausage farmers wrap with the sauce on the side. She insisted on me paying an extra 1$ for the sauce. When I tried to explain that the sauce comes with it, I just want it on the side. She was rude and insisted I paid the 1$.Impressed by how serious the employee takes the job, disappointed that common sense wasn’t understood. I truly hope she gets a sense of self accomplishment by making the company an extra dollar lol.PS. The wrap looked like it was hit with a lawn mower.
