I came in today and ordered a bowl to eat and specially mentioned it needing to be a bowl because you guys have gave me the wrong order in the past but to no-ones surprise the employee punched in the wrap I guess. I told the lady making the food that it was a bowl but then they had the gall to ask me to pay because the bowl costs like a dollar extra! Like are we that insane to a point that you guys cannot compensate for the mistake from your part!? We are changing for like 1-2 dollars!? Shame in your management.

This has to be some of the worst customer service! I also definitely got charged for the bowl too! Teach your staff to clean their ears before coming to work next time! I took the wrap unwillingly instead of the bowl I was expecting! This is so bad from youbguys

Absolute garbage service from garbage drive thru staff. I understand this is a Tim Hortons and the service bar is lower than anywhere else, but this annoyed me enough to write this out.

It started off with a grumpy lady taking my order with a horrible attitude, get to the window and the girl (who knows if it's the same one but equally as grumpy) starts basically jabbing my hand repeatedly with the debit machine in an attempt to tap my card on their own.

Normally I go across the street to the other Tim Hortons (which isn't much better) but I won't be coming back to this one ever again. If my girlfriend wasn't an iced Capp addict I wouldn't ever be at a Tim Hortons in the first place.

I don't know if the owner is holding these people hostage or beating them but everyone in there has a miserable scared and rushed look on their face and is as grumpy as hell.

Update: Dealt with the tim Hortons complaint center through email and they said the store manager would call me. Received one call, never heard from again. Haven't been back to this location since, there's a better one across the street.

The building was my issue not Tim Hortons. It is definitely not wheelchair, or device friendly! The outside handicap button doesn't work. The washrooms have no handicap button!
Access ♿ to the building only has a ramp on the Wendy's side.
