I just got medium steap tea which i do every morning from same place and this is 2nd time they given me very cold. It wasn't hot at all. I throw it back in garbage.

Another location, another experience with 5:30am segregation between vehicle owners and non-vehicle owners. Disappointing even if there is some petty logic.. Segregation is not the Canadian🇨🇦 way.

I am writing to show a very concerning and un-pleasant experience at this TIM Hortons Branch, which shows that it is a very very Stressful atmosphere. I ordered a coffee with some donuts and 4 hashbrowns. The employee (Appeared to be an international student) charged the order. I think she charged us but the hash browns were out stock. All of a sudden, I heard another lady (near the oven, where they bake the donuts and hash browns) yelling at this employee for selling an item out of stock . Then her supervisor came to her and also did the similar but not that extreme and I could see that this employee was super duper stressed. I told her no problem if hash browns are out of stock than it is fine, I will add some extra donuts , it is not end of of the world. But the over all scene , yelling and Stress happening on that side of the counter on service employee publicly in front of customers is not appropriate. And if this much is a norm in front of the customers than I can imagine that how much work stress /yelling environment would it be behind internally. I have never seen some thing like this in past in any other tim hortanz or any other stores which is not good for tim hortanz brand and not a good impression on customers as well.

Open 24hrs! Great place to stop early, or late to grab a coffee or a quick bite to eat...just be sure to have some spare change in hand for the outdoor guests who like to frequent the establishment.
Service in drive through was extremely slow. When I got my bagel with cheese at the window and it tasted like it has been sitting in the toaster all day long and it felt like a rock when bitten out of!!! And no one answered the phone it we callled 4 TIMES!!!

This used to be a great place earlier, now i go to the Tim Hortons at the opposite. I ordered bagel with herb-n-garlic cheese. They literally put a thin layer of cheese in my bagel. It was so dry. From next time, i usually open my bagel and check if cheese is enough or not and ask them to put more in-case its not. Coffee is always cold and not to forget, the service of the staff. No-one greets, as if we are ordering to a machine and receiving from a machine. So i stopped going there and prefer the harmony and grandview one, over this.
Food has always been accurate, fast drive-thru.
