I visited this location yesterday, on Monday about 2 pm….i want to appreciate the service that was provided by the employee…named Komal…..Although all employees were working very nice….her service really attracted me because she was quick and well trained….very polite and i also appreciate all people who are provided outstanding service…..Thank you

I was in this location today (Jan 9/24 - 5pm) and while the front counter server was wonderful and made my coffee perfectly and quick - but I could not help but notice the women (I believe the managers/supervisors) who was berating, shaming and yelling at the older (middle aged) male worker who was working driver-through sandwich bart. She was right in his face as he was making food and treating him maliciously!I; myself have worked at Tim Horton's off and on while in my teens/early twenties for 8 year and strictly the morning drive-through shift; and if anyone knows it is very quick and you need to have very minimal times (under 5 seconds per car) - so I get being quick.But this behaviour is not acceptable and should not be tolerated at all. I feel bad for this worker who was being treated so poorly and the entire staff who have to deal with this women.I will not be returning to this location if this is the way you let your managers/supervisors treat their fellow employees!

Hello. I generally won’t leave reviews. I am not expecting a Cuban coffee with complex designs. You expect timhorton drive thru coffee to be something simple and I’m addicted to this stupidly simple caffeine water. But my last coffee was just so foul tasting with some weird flavor. Gave me some serious existential fears. Will skip this Tim Hortons for rest of my life. Sigh

If I had an option to put zero stars I would. They don’t even deserve the one star! This place has a history of very bad service and incompetent supervision. I don’t know how hard it is to provide decent customer service. My last experience to this location was the worst. I attended Tú’s drive through and ordered a coffee with almond milk. I had enough points on my app to redeem the coffee and I scan the app on my phone. The coffee did not redeem, the person at the window did not know how to redeem it as I have use this a million times before. Another male came to the window and tried to redeem it and said I could not redeem this reward even if I had enough points. I expressed my frustration and asked to speak to the manager. This guy told me he was the supervisor. I asked his name and he mumbled something I didn’t even understand! I asked him to speak to the manager and he said “no” ; I’mLike what do you mean no? I said ; What is the managers name ? He said I’m not giving you the managers name. I’mLike excuse me !? You refuse to tell me who the store manger is ?? Since when is Tim Hortons policy not to disclose a mangers name !? I called head office and made a complain and they confirmed that is it not policy and this is not good service. I don’t understand how these locations promote supervisors who are so incompetent and complete lack of customer service!

There is an Asian manager or supervisor who filled the whole store with her yelling at her staff this morning (Nov. 27). I feel bad for them. That’s not an environment anybody would want to stay long in. I hope she sees this and reflects on her behaviour and mannerisms. Humans thrive and work much better in environments that are encouraging and uplifting. Give people a reason to want to come to work! Otherwise maybe the customer service industry isn’t for you.

Bad service and showing attitude. I came around 2:30 am on drive thru. There was homeless guy ask a coffee from me. When i went to drive thru. Employees told me that they can’t serve me because i am ordering a coffee for homeless guy. It too cold outside and it’s my choice. How could they ask me like that. Even When i went to window they again told me that manager told them don’t serve to homeless guy. I really had a bad experience from tim Horton. I usually go to McDonald’s . It’s been a while I didn’t went to tim Horton and i will never ever go again.
