We have been loyal customers for over five years, and my kids have always loved their chicken fried rice. Tonight, we picked up our usual fried rice, brought it home, and within 30 minutes both of my children became violently ill. They were severely vomiting, and it was immediately clear something was very wrong.
I called the restaurant to alert the manager that my children appeared to have been food poisoned. His response was, “What do you want me to do?” — not concern, not an apology, not even basic acknowledgment. I explained that I wasn’t calling for a refund; I was calling because I didn’t want anyone else to get sick. He then dismissed the situation by saying no one else had complained — yet.
The complete lack of care, accountability, or urgency is extremely alarming. For the safety of other customers, I will be notifying the health department so this can be properly investigated.

I would give the service 0 if I could. Upon arrival the servers looked at me like I was an inconvenience. They seated me and didn't explain the all you can eat menu. Instead dropped menus in front of me. When I began ordering they would snatched the order card out of my hand without saying thank you. I received a cold service the whole night and I was celebrating a birthday. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are far better restaurants with much better service. I will not be going back to this restaurant again.

We went out for my son's 18th birthday, and our expectations were high, as we had dined in the past and really enjoyed it here. However, upon our arrival, the staff seemed hesitant to seat us from the door, which was really strange. The entire evening was comprised of straight faces, little communication, and the constant snatching of our order sheets right out of our hands! If we could have left in the middle of our meal we would. The staff were extremely cold and aloof, which made our decent meal seem undesirable altogether. I strongly suggest that you find a better restaurant to celebrate milestones, as this one is a total party pooper!

Although the food was decent. I will never be back here to eat ever again. The service was absolutely horrible. All three of the ladies that were in there were miserable and did not say you’re welcome not even once! No eye contact, no conversation at all to the point where I stopped saying thank you when they brought stuff to the table. Very ignorant and so super rude. I couldn’t believe it, if there was a minus for service I would’ve given it that.

I will NEVER go back here. Went last night with my girlfriends and while the food was fine, the service was the worst I’ve ever had. First we walk in and she looks at us like we have inconvenienced her. We didn’t even get seated, she just rudely points and said “go sit over there” and points to a random corner. We had no idea where she was talking about. Then, every interaction at the table was just so rude. They were Litterally THROWING plates of food on our table. Like not placing them down nicely. Slapping them down, not a word being said. I have never had service like this in my life. I have no idea why they were like this. So rude. For this reason I will never go back here. There are PLENTY of sushi joints with better food and WAY better service. Don’t waste your time or money here.
The food is always great here, however, the staff should be more aware they are in the service industry. No pleasantries, no smiles or welcomes or thank you for coming.

Great place to get a full stomach. Because when you order all you can eat you receive small fresh amounts of food so it is always fresh your entire meal! The food is great!
