Went there 4 times and the last 3 times there was one front of house worker and the restaurant was full, she tried her best but you can clearly tell she was falling behind. Also every single time I’ve went they were out of items on the menu. Went yesterday and they were closed on a Friday? Food is amazing here but I hope management can figure it out and take his business more serious. They can do very well but they don’t seem to care. Will change my review if I start to see changes

1. Customer care: I used to make compliments and then criticize this store due to inconsistent quality (wings size change). After all, they listened and cared (although they didn’t admit their fault, I have never ever experienced this issue again after the day I got their long response:) result matters most:) —> premium consistent quality wings now!
2. Wings: SO many flavors, slightly breaded cripsy and juicy. Their sauces are SO good!!! One of my fav is stooges, highly recommend. Idont like their spicy sauce cuz it smells strong and taste sour, spicy, salty, definitely not my type. Just tried 1 sauce each time and you will have your own fav collection sauces. I like the staff there, sometimes I can even custom my own sauce, I like the way he treats me :> their have special daily offers for wings, really attractive to student lmao
3. Comparation and personal points: ok, I must admit, sometimes I do even feel a bit grateful because they open store near the school, I don't need to order at the premium price on uberEat to fulfill my craving:))) Compared to all the chicken stores near the school: Church chicken sucks, greasy, not crispy and dry; st louis is acceptable but not many sauces + a bit pricier + almost no deal; Popeyes, nowadays, sucks as same as Church. So, around here, Uptown wings ranks top, your best bet. Its distance is only 10mins walk from school. If you live in dorm, it only 5-7mins walk. You can also order through phone to save time waiting
4. Definitely having the cutest (personal point) inferior design in Oshawa, from light, color to decorations. Although their space is not really big, they hangs TONS of big led televisions on the wall. Throughout many times when I had chances to have food there, it's always a nice experience, esp when watching poker shows. It would be even greater, great to the moon if 1 of the tv showing popular anime, not just,sport and news . Depends of the regular customer segments, but anime is now the most popular amongst genZ btw

Finally got to try this place after passing by it multiple times. All i have to say is WOW.. if you are in the area i highly suggest you giving it a try. We got 3lbs with three different flavors and let me tell you they were bold in flavor and no flavor disppointed. We had extra spicy devils wish, jumpshot and mix signals with a side of chili onion fries. Kids got chicken fingers and fries and kids wings with flavor twining and they loved it. Both of them gave 2 thumbs up.

We are regulars at WOW wings and we wanted to try something new and this place like i said above is amazing, delish and the staff was extremely welcoming and nice.

10/10 WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMAND!!!

Supposed to be 3lbs of wings for 47$. I get 2.5lbs in the box so even less. I understand everyone trying to making money in this crappy country but stop ripping off the people who keep you in business.

We hosted a corporate cocktail hour adjacent to a conference being held at Ontario Tech, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure the night ran smoothly. Food was delicious and our customers were very happy with the service.

I recently visited Uptown Wings Bar + Grill, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was flavorful, well-prepared, and definitely worth the visit.

For wings, we tried two flavors: Honey Twist and Uptown Chili. The Honey Twist had a perfect blend of sweetness and savory flavor, while the Uptown Chili packed a bold, flavorful kick without being overpowering. Both were crispy on the outside and juicy inside—exactly how wings should be!

We also ordered the Chili Onion Fries, which were a great complement to the meal. The fries were crispy, and the combination of chili and onion added a delicious depth of flavor.

Overall, Uptown Wings Bar + Grill delivered top-notch food and a great dining experience. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for flavorful wings and comfort food done right! Will definitely be back.
