First uber order was good. Second time we ordered to pick up egg puffs, chicken puffs, parrota and paal appam. All of it was bad. Puffs were overcooked almost burnt at the bottom, parrota looked old and dry and paal appam we felt like it was not worth for the price we paid for. Didn’t order after that.

Had a very disappointing experience. They served food in paper plates (not expected). The food was cold as well (as if prepared in morning and then microwaved upon order). If a customer is coming for dining they expect to get a hot and FRESH food. If I am paying good dine in money, atleast as a customer I expect good food. P.S - I would rather prefer eating at Tims than going and having cold food served in Paper plates.

I had a great experience with vazhiyoram. Their cutlets are super fantastic as well as the other dishes like biriyani, porotta beef. Also their dine experience was nice overall. Its a good time to enjoy kerala authentic dishes in canada.

I asked for biriani. Shown on picture. And they gave different biriani. When I asked. Their response was they make that ocationly.
