This location has really gone downhill, used to be better. Being told at the drive-thru to wait 10 min because food needs to cook last time I went, so much for fast food!

Said they were closed on a Saturday at 930pm. Online says 24 hours.

Very disappointed they are not following there posted hours of operation.

The stuff here are very rude and would recommend going to any other Wendy's they say probably Canadian owned and operated.... Maybe owned definitely not operated. Wendy's issues out all these coupons for their burgers and every other Wendy's I go to. They just scan the coupon and give it back to me. But this time they demanded I rip the coupons out and was told I'm not allowed to use them again. When I can go get another coupon from anywhere else? Why does Wendy's have such a power struggle over their coupons?

Can’t call and complain they don’t answer or have a phone too funny.. I get the chili is cut up burger but sad when no meat in the chili.. guess that’s why the phone is off the hook… pathetic

Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes nobody took our order, then we pulled forward and took another 10 minutes to be able to leave because they made the car ahead wait also. Awful service there was only 3 cars total in the drive through

Went there a few days ago and used a coupon for a Dave's singel. The onion was a little thicker than usual. And I think they went a little overboard with the ketchup and mayo. Plus I forgot to ask for no pickles.
