May 19th 2025: This location makes good food but does not take a plain burger request seriously. It's happened many times in drive through, bringing it home to find out I'm having to drive back to the restaurant to complain, while the rest of the food goes cold.
All they do is give you a replacement and a free frosty. I asked for a refund and I was declined. It doesn't make me happy to get a free frosty for the trouble. That money is for convenience, not the trouble.
I have to unwrap the food I'm given in front of their faces because I can't trust them.
Also they never give you the special chili sauce seasoning. You randomly get it or you don't.
2 years ago... One burger was missing on initial bag handed to me. I always have to check the bag to make sure everything is added. I had to go back and mention the missing burger. Also, the chili sauce I asked for in the app and the crackers with it were not put in the bag which I never thought to fish for. Average, not super.

I’m going to have to agree with some of the other reviews here, the staff in the evening are TERRIBLE compared to the morning… Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and both came out cold & dry. waste of my time and money

On November 10, 2024, at approximately 6:30 PM, I visited the location. Unfortunately, the front-end staff did not provide satisfactory service.
I honestly don't get it almost everytime I go here you guys mess up my food I ask for no cheese the guy assures it won't be there then what do you know it's there. This is the 5th or 6th time this has happened now. You guys really need to make English lessons a mandatory part of your training

This location has not had baked potatoes for at least 2 months now, likely even longer. They say the machine is being fixed...must be some real complicated machine to fix. It's annoying as the app let's you order it but when you get there, expect to be disappointed

I've never had my order so consistently wrong at any fast food joint ever. This location can't get anything right. From wrong burger to wrong toppings to wrong drink. Who even orders diet coke? I asked for root beer. Not to mention who ever takes the orders there sounds like she is falling alseep with a really big pickle stuck down her throat. Like you really picked that person to take the orders? No wonder. I don't want to have to drive across the country for decent scervice. Next time I think I will. If you want your order correct do not leave drive through without checking.... or just don't go to this location.
