Wife and I ate here yesterday, Harmony Rd. Oshawa. She had the Dave's Single, I had a Baconator. Neither of our burgers tasted right. Last night we started having stomach cramps, along with all other symptoms of food poisoning. This morning we are almost ready for a hospital run. The restaurant was not very clean, including the staff who were extremely ignorant and didn't want to honor the discount we had. Wendy's rates with McDonald's now in my book. Dog food!

Fries were ice cold. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and was given a spicy sandwich. The chicken was cold and dried out. Everything tasted like it had been cooked hours ago and just sitting there…. Won’t be back to this location.

They are doing buy one get one on uber eats, if I do 2 orders of buy one get one it means 4 burgers . Why is there only 2 in my bag ? I tell them they missed two burgers she said it’s Ubers fault … I’m sorry did uber do the promo and did uber put the food in the bag . I called and spoke for a lady she was rude and said it’s not her problem and then hung up . Uber is telling me to contact the store I definitely won’t be buying from these guys ever again . Fake promo

Picked up some JBCs and a frosty. Store was busy, frosty was made and sitting there before the food. I asked for it to be remade, guy went around the corner, took the lid off and just put a new lid on it. You guys truly hire anyone.

Worst experience ever. Today is my birthday and according to their app you’ll get a free small frosty but when I ordered and scan the code, guy in red turban sikh was the manager who attended me. He was the worst manager or crew person at Wendy’s I ever deal with. He gets aggressive and shouted at me few times I got scared and run off from drive thru. Idk why people hire uncivil employees. I recommend don’t go there.
I love Wendy’s and this is my favourite location!!! After being disappointed at every other location, I always love coming back to this one. Yes the drive thru is a bit of a wait sometimes and inside can get pretty busy, but in my opinion it’s worth it 100%. The food is always AMAZING and I have never been disappointed.

This is the WORST Wendy's and will never go back !! They care more about skipping the dishes orders than people who actually take the time to come in and order!! I finally had to ask for my meal that was sitting there getting cold because he was to concerned about the Skip orders !! Employees had blinders on to REAL people in front of them! Disgusting and absolutely NOT acceptable 😡

I have to say that Canadian restaurants will offer bacon on all menus for breakfast. No chicken until afternoon. I drove almost 20 minutes to Wendy’s but they only offer bacon. I complained that this is not right to force bacon on the customers. The lady was kind enough to make me a chicken sandwich and I did not mind waiting. Thank you. Change your bacon policy please.
