I was excited to try the breakfast menu. I got a sausage and egg on a biscuit meal and the egg was basically like rubber and inedible, the coffee was terrible, but the potato wedges were the only item that was decent. The staff were pleasant and the service was quick, but the food was unacceptable.
First burger was fine second one is awful dont order more then 2 burgers

I ordered over uber. Immediately when I realized it was the wrong card chargers I canceled with in 30 seconds and reorder under the right card I was still double charged

Went in on Sunday December 21st to purchase gift cards. The lovely young girl at the counter was new and went to ask someone for help. As she came back up to the front with a senior employee ww were told I will be right with you (by the senior employee). The young girl was brought out front and shown how to change the garbage, and how the employee always double bags etc, ect, etc, with us standing at the counter still waiting for our gift cards. The senior employee then says - I'm just going to take this bag straight outside just incase it leaks. The newer employee looked at us so apologetically as she didn't know what to do or say. Needless to say, we left without gift cards.

So on my way home from work, I decided to pick up dinner for my wife, I finally ordered and I ask for a dave's single with no onions or tomatoes due to my wife being allergic. I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes to finally get my order. That's fine whatever.. But then a 30 minute drive home and they made sure to put extra onions and extra tomatoes on her burger. They are lucky the smell stopped her prior too even opening the wrapper. So I tried to call and let them know that this is an allergy and I specifically said it was an allergy . The phone number either sends you to a voicemail or a busy tone. This place has gone downhill sooooo fast. Time to figure it out guys. Won't be getting my business ever again

The person working the drive through handed me the debit machine and it was coated in grease and it was also sticky. I told the man working the window that he needs to wipe it down and he look at me like I was crazy. It was disgusting and very off putting. I didn’t even eat my food the experience was so gross.

Worst experience I’ve ever had, took the guy at the window 10 minutes to take down 2 orders. He still managed to mess them up. Then we talked to 2 other workers to try and fix our order before receiving it and they still messed it up. Avoid at ALL costs.

Waited in line for 20 minutes in the drive thru. There were only 2 cars ahead of me— what is going on? The one at Simcoe and Winchester is always super fast. I don’t know why every time I’m here it takes forever. I’m never coming back.

If I could give it no stars I would. Waited over 20 mins in the drive thru. 15 of them just to place my order when there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Ask at the window what the hold up was and of course they are short staffed. Even if so this isn’t acceptable. He then offers me a drink for my wait which I declined. Halfway home realize the vanilla frosty we ordered is chocolate.. but it’s ok no biggie. I now drive home all the way to the other side of the city and my burger is pink inside basically bleeding.(took a photo but the pink doesn’t show as much like in person) Try calling and says person you are calling is unavailable. So what now? Drive 15- 20 minutes back there? To sit again and wait?? I’d rather take the loss and never give them my business.

Placed an order for take out, waited 35 minutes, tried to find out why it was taking so long, the guy behind the counter said if I am not happy talk to the manager who didn't do anything.
My advice to anyone thinking of going to this location DON'T save your money and your blood pressure and stress level and avoid this place.
