When traveling from Brighton to Toronto we always pull off the 401 and look forward to dinner!
After tonight I can’t say I’ll return. I ordered chicken parm with Alfredo sauce & a Pepsi to drink.
Food arrived (husbands first with mine about 5 minutes behind) I received chicken Alfredo (when I told the waitress there was a mistake she closed her eyes and stood there in silence.. then blinked her eyes at me a few times full of attitude without any words.. then replied well eat that and I’ll get you chicken! (By this point my husbands burger was 1/2 gone) I said it’s fine I’ll just eat it. I think had to flag her down and ask for my Pepsi to be told sorry we don’t have Pepsi.. as she kept walking and rolled a the white pool ball onto the table for kids to roll around. She then came back asking if we were done, I only had about 4-7 bites as the sauce was very thick and heavy and the noodles were cold and stuck together. She tapped on the ‘dish’ asking if I was done.. I said yes and she removed the plate. No option or offer for a to go container… then returns with the bill and not a discount or anything. I assumed with not offering me a take out I would atleast get a free soft drink.. considering I wasn’t even offered a refill.
I’m so disappointed!
Place went downhill. Seems like everytime we go they always have a new waitress. Guess they don't keep their staff long. Wings were great once upon a time. Now they barely use sauce on their wet wings. Horrible garlic parmesan flavour. They also limit you to 2 pounds for their wing night. That's the final straw on why our group isn't going back.

Dark bar/restaurant. Took family for lunch early afternoon. Service was great and the food was very good. It was around 2pm so very quiet inside.
Kid-friendliness: Took my 17 and 16 year olds for lunch. They enjoyed it. It is not a bright standard family sports bar.

I Always loved whisky johns growing up, my aunt used to preform here every week, and their wings were always amazing! I always liked the food, drinks and prices! However last night made me feel like recently it’s gone downhill, I ordered a 1/2 L of sangria and 1lb of honey garlic wings for this Tuesday wing special and I was pretty excited, the sangria was described to have mixed fruit in it… ? “mixed fruit“ was a joke. It’s the only reason I got the white sangria instead of the the red and it let me down, the “mixed fruit” they were talking about was a hand full of lemon and limes in the top of it with ice and frozen what looked to be blueberries sitting in the the bottom. I understand I’m not at a fancy restaurant so I decided to excuse the extremely underwhelming sangria.. They weren’t busy at all it was a Tuesday at 11 when they took our order, there was maybe 2-3 other tables, maybe like an hour and a half passed and my wings never arrived, I realized they weren’t coming and I don’t want to be that person who orders from the kitchen so late even tho it was their fault for taking so long. I am partly to blame for not reminding them but i was just disappointed that they were forgotten in the first place cuz it was the reason i came was for the Tuesday wing special, so at that point i just didn’t want it anymore.

Yesterday, I was at Whiskey with a few family and friends. We mainly went there for the wing special. For some of us it was our first time dinning in. The place seemed steady when we first arrived, although they did seem under staff considering the wing special they had going on. The bar was backed up but the waiter did inform us of the wait which was okay. Although when it came to service, that’s where it was not the best. Once our food arrived she did not give us the right wings so 10 minutes in to us eating she informed us that she mixed up and the orders and we had to switch our wings with each other even though some of us already ate most of it. She did not bother to ask us if we wanted replacements. Once we started to eat the waiter never came to check on us we had to call her over a few times and when she did come she did not bother to ask us if we wanted refills or to help clear the table as we ordered more things. Eventually we did have to ask her to take some of the plate and for more drinks but that’s only when we called her over. Over all attentiveness was non existent. The quality of our food was okay. The first round of wings were cold and soggy although the second round was better. The drinks were pretty good and decent priced. However the service is something that discourages us from going. Overall 3/10 for this location.

The 1st thing that struck me was the inclusive atmosphere of this place. On one end was a Senior having a quiet time alone, on the other, a group of youngsters having a night out and everyone felt at home.
Despite the Bartender being extremely busy, she still looked gorgeous and went about checking on her patrons.
While I was sure about my choice of Beverage and not the food which I left to her discretion-the Bartender took cue and got me something affordable, delicious and filling.
The Band was good.. They played Amy Winehouse's "Valerie".. A Fav of mine.
I've been to a Pubs/Bars in different countries and this sure is a banger.

Underhanded Digital Theft... turn your phone off before going anywhere near this place!! The waiter "changed my settings for me" after saying No you can't use your own data in here! Now my unlimited data doesn't work, I don't know how to reset it, and I am told they have access to all my info an gave themselves permission to track my phone. Plus, the WINGS sucked!

Waste of time. Service was slow and drinks were so watered down they shouldn't have an age restriction. There was like 3 tables with people and still took forever to even ask if we were ready to order. $27 got wine flavour water and a weak diet coke. Seriously... go ANYWHERE else.

Best deal in town for wings, Tuesday and Thursday are 69 cent wings. Lots of sauce and big wings, delicious flavours! Only small complaint is it's very loud music so can be difficult have conversations while at dinner, overall will continue going week after week, highly recommend.
