The worst service I've had in restaurant waitress never came to table had to flag another server to get her. Waited 45 mins for dinner and it wasn't worith the wait it was awful.

Amazing wings. Great wing deals on Tuesday and Thursday. Never had a bad service experience, always so warm, friendly and welcoming. There is ZERO mobile phone service in the entire place. The free wifi spits out a security warning that my phone doesn't allow me to ignore. So, sadly, you're stuck talking to the people to go with. Haha.

Food was so fresh. Super pleasantly surprised with how my burger tasted! They told me they make their burgers in house, which makes sense as to why it tasted so good! Had the Canadian Burger and it was mouth watering! Will definitely be back for some more yummy meals :) Waiter was very nice to deal with! (I’d leave a photo but my meal is gone 😋🍴)

This establishment is a joke, we had a surprise birthday party for a family friend booked well in advance. All seemed fine at first, for 30 plus people you’d think you would have more than one singular server dealing with that amount of people, not only that the food wait was ridiculous! well over an HOUR. It’s a shame, not only that the service was bad nothing came out at a decent time. Instead of putting condiments on my burger i got given an entire bottle of mustard?? is this normal?? The band then shows up basically shoving an entire table over, hitting other guests with instruments and other items (this is not acceptable in the slightest) the band also completely just knocked out of spite our entire table full of gifts over and shoved everything out of the way RUDELY. And the biggest joke of it all was the server we had, the guy had the audacity to tell the tables that we HAD TOO tip 25% in the rudest way possible and then sat and gave attitude after? how is this even acceptable, to top off this god awful experience just to get a takeout box took about another 45 minutes and us having to yell at the server to get us it. This is a shame considering i used to love this restaurant and would go frequently.

This has been one of the worst dining experience I have ever had. Me and my boyfriend arrive at the restaurant and the bartender tells us to take a seat, ten minutes go by before we see our server. The Irish nachos were the highlight of our experience here. We got them within 10-15 minutes of ordering them, then began the wait of our mains. 20-30 minutes to even get a ketchup bottle to us, then another 10 minutes go by before we even see our food. I asked for the dilly chicken sandwich with the soup of the day as the side, and then I get a soup then my meal with fries. There was no extra charge to make my side the soup of the day clearly stated on the menu. So instead of having a $20 sandwich before tax, I got charged a $10 for a soup and $20 for the sandwich. As well as the burger came out burnt so all the time we were waiting the burger was burning. Never coming back I suggest you do the same.
