Really great food. There was a slight order delay as it was busy that day however the owner personally came out with the order and apologized for the delay. Overall a great experience

This used to be good. Wonder if ownership changed? First they forgot our spring rolls so we had to go back. When we tried a spring roll, it tasted off, like the oil it was fried in was bad. I then went home and tried my Mongolian beef, and it tasted the same....rancid oil. They better hope I don't get sick! A call to the health department may be in order as there's a real problem when the owner is too cheap to change the crappy oil they use! Not encouraging to see others talk about bad tastes now too! Too bad; we used to like this place

His customer service , his attention to detail , and his personalised experience made our night at Wok Box so enjoyable. We will definitely be back. Since new owner/management…..my regular take out place has gone to crap. New owners cheap out on butter chicken sauce…rice is mush….honestly….everything has gone to pot. Flavour is bland now that they cheap out on everything!!! New employees lack any personality! Way to ruin a great take out place!

Excellent service. Unique decor and softer lighting makes for more enjoyable dining experience. Food was good for the price. Music could be more chill and authentic to cuisine but great place for a tasty quick bite of Asian fusion.
Food tasted sooooo bad!!! It was the worst butter chicken ever, sauce is not the right one, chicken is not the right taste, rice was dry, naan is tasteless. I don't know what kind of butter chicken it was, it tastes nothing like it... I'm not even a picky eater but it was not butter chicken at all! We ordered butter chicken, crispy chicken, Korean bulgogee, chicken Fried rice and fried chicken wings... I would say other than chicken wings ,nothing else was good. Even the fried chicken wings was not good if you compare with other restaurants.... So... Ya.... I don't understand the review and I will definitely not come back ever again....

I ordered pho from here since I was craving and other pho places were all closed. Bad idea - the pho I received had no flavour at all, and the broth is most definitely made using artificial powder. Not enough broth at all was served. If you’re Caucasian and don’t know your pho this will be delicious for you. As for me, a seasoned pho lover - this was the worst pho I have ever had in terms of flavour. Portion size wasn’t bad but again, not enough broth. One thing I did like was the addition of green onion to the garnish as not every pho restaurant does that and it is a nice addition

Fairly decent grub, I hauled a lunch BOGO chicken and broccoli which wasn't half bad, fair portion sizes and reasonable value for money here. In terms of taste and flavor, I was pretty disappointed and my prior visits at other wok box locations this was by far the worst.
