I really wanted to like the food because the customer service was really great. The Gentleman even gave me lunch special price when the item that I asked for was not on special. But the chicken chowmein I ordered was tasted burnt and chicken was too rough. The chilli chicken tasted like the chicken was old and again was not soft. It was so hard to chew. The quantity for “Chinese food” expectation was not it. Will not recommend.

Our last two visits to Oshawa, found us ordering from Wok's Up both times, we found the delivery fast and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and the price was reasonable, wish we had a Wok's Up in the north, can't wait until our next visit

Rip off!! The food is way over priced with small portions, and honestly, the food does not taste great at all. Also be careful of sneaky business - we ordered delivery and the tip was already included, but when it arrived they asked for a tip again on the machine. My husband didn't realize and ended up tipping twice!! We felt completely taken advantage of!! Not an honest way to run a business!

Really yummy and good deal that I called in to order their lunch special combo the next day: C2) Lemon Chicken with fried noodles and a pop! Def would come back to order again when I'm nearby the area.

Very disappointed, we returned to the Oshawa area after being away for several months and wanted to return to Woks as we have been long time customers. We were absolutely disappointed, the food was very expensive for 3 small dishes and lack of better words, was garage, and to make things even worse they were not able to provide food we wanted. I am not only disappointed, I feel ripped off. We will never return and I would suggest the same to anyone.
