Food is great. Would've given four stars but this seems to be the only fast food restaurant that doesn't put ice in their soda drinks?

Overall the food was good. Though the cook in the back playing on his phone, then wiping is clothes and then making food was disgusting. Not proper food handling. The girl the seved us was very nice and friendly. She gets a 10/10

Guy assembling burgers was using his phone then wiping his hands on his pants and shirt right in front of customers and not washing his hands. I would definitely be worried about cross contamination and lack of sanitation here.

There was only a few people in the dining room abut it still took 30mins to put our order in. The server was very friendly, just hard to understand why it took so long for the order to be taken. Buns were dried out and the teen burger was sauce-less and dry.

This was the worst A&W experience ever waited 45 mins to be served the young gentleman at the till would take 1 order and then walked away till the food was made then came back and took the next order when I asked if he was in training he said no but he never helped the drive thru even though he had a headset on his comment to every guest that commented about the service was there is only 4 of us and we are busy I told him I manage in this industry and that this was the worst service ever

Ordered delivery and supposedly the sandwich I ordered was out of stock, instead of calling like every other restaurant does in town when there's a problem with the order or at least substituting it for another meal, they substituted my full meal with a regular fry. so, instead of a sandwich with a poutine and drink I got a single regular fry, the only thing I can say is at least only a regular fry was paid for because the store substituted it in the app but unless i want to pay delivery fees again i guess I'm making food at home anyway.

The lady asked us to hold on the drive thru speaker and never came to even ask us what we wanted I left and stopped at the window and they were just standing there doing nothing

I came to pickup my order the indian lady working on drive thru she’s very rudely behaved and when i came inside to pick my order she’s very abusive & misbehaved with me ,A&W should consider this kind of bad behavior of their staff seriously or in customer service this is not acceptable at any cost .

Drive thu has people parked all over the place to stop there wait timer. Nobody was behind me and I had to park away from window with other people waiting.
