Tired of being asked to wait to even when there is no one in line... especially with what you're asking for a coffee these days... those minutes you make us wait give plenty of time to reconsider which is what I did this morning... no order was taken so I just pulled away. Its 8am guys... be ready to serve and take an order.

I stopped by A&W after a 12-hour shift, just wanting a good meal. Harini’s warm smile and kind attitude truly made the food taste even better. We need more people like her in customer service! The wait was a little long, but with how busy they were, it was completely understandable.

Around 6:45 pm. Only 2 cars ahead of me in the drive through and only 3 cars in the parking lot (so NOT busy). 25 min later and the car ahead of me is sitting at the speaker and still HAS NOT ORDERED!!!!! Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Have now been to 3 different A&W. All the locations including this one had a particular smell. Food was not the best. The onion rings and the burger both were oily. Wasn't fresh.

This location is HORRIBLE it was JUST ME in the drive through and it took over 20 minutes to get through. 10 minutes waiting for them to take my order. 0 ot of 5 stars if I had the option

Usually go to the drive-thru. Lately I'm having to wait up to 10mins to place an order - literally at any time. If it's early in the morning or late in the evening, I'm having to wait a long time. Honestly I've had to leave before anyone is around to take my order because it's just so inconvenient
Edit: Waited 17mins in the drive-thru this morning. I got 2 lattes and 2 food items. They were half full, no froth. Food was okay. Genuinely not coming back this time, the wait time is crazy for what you get.
