From the moment I arrived for lunch today I had a very good experience.
The staff was very positive/pleasant and extremely courteous. I've never before had someone perceptive enough to bring a take-out box before I had to ask. I've never before had someone come to the table to let us know that she'd be briefly using a vacuum cleaner because she wanted to remove salt from the carpeting (= respect for us and the facility).

We are staying in the Hotel, and had two dinners at Bishops Landing. Collette was our server for both nights and was just wonderful and friendly. We were treated great for our reservations. The food was wonderful. Highly recommend for a nice meal.
Had a late lunch. Service was attentive. View from the patio during warm weather was very nice. Food was fine. Pacific blue cod fillet was a light portion, properly cooked, good crispness, slightly bland. Went for a walk on the promenade afterwards.
