Cashier was very cold, asked to scan my booster rewards which they have ads telling us to ask all over the store and she said no I can't do it before paying and then after I paid I asked if I scan it now and she ignored me and walked away. Don't think I'll be going to this store anymore. Older cashier seems to not want to be there or helping anyone.

I had an amazing experience at Booster Juice! Krupa, the host who served me, was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. The juice she made was the best I’ve ever had – fresh, delicious, and exactly what I needed. You can really tell she puts care into her work. The whole team was polite and had great energy. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend this location!

I came to the store for smoothie and I was not sure what kind to take and the person in counter Jaspreet was so helpful that she suggested me mango hurricane with protein powder and boosters which tasted really so good.. I would love to go again and try more.
I find it rude when you're waiting for your order and the girls behind the counter continue to laugh and talk in foreign language.

Ordered online, unfortunately, the official booster juice app ordered to the Owen Sound Location. Even when I am located in Northern Ontario. When I called to clarify this mishap, the store hung up on me multiple times then they left the phone off the hook, once I was finally able to speak to the manager, they refused to refund the order and asked me to come pick it up, when I’m three hours away. Not very good service.
Update, booster juice corporate eventually got involved and refunded our purchase.
