Meal was ok. Service was good for the first time in years. I've been to Boston pizza. Probably be years again.

Food and service is always great at the Boston Pizza in Owen Sound! Our Server's name this time was Anne-Marie and she was fantastic --- Everything you want in a server when you go out to eat -- Attentive, friendly and always smiling. Brought out food out fast even though she was busy dealing with multiple tables.

Great service and atmosphere as welling as giving back to the community. Enjoyed a great meal and drinks while local sports team raised money for new equipment. Nice to visit an establishment that supports the community they serve.

This is about the 5th time you guys have forgotten my salad in my order through delivery I even made a note saying not to forget it and you guys still forgot it this is getting ridiculous is a problem going on with training staff???

Very disappointing. Not sure what’s going on here. This place used to be good, but the last couple of times we’ve ordered from there have been disgusting. We ordered a burger and fries and a burger and rings. Aside from the food being cold when it arrived, there was hardly anything there. I got a handful of fries and my husband got four onion rings with his meal. I took one of them seen here. They were mushy. My burger was a soggy mess. An A&W burger and fries would’ve been better, and half the price. Next time we will know better.

I like the menu offerings, including drinks, and generally enjoy my experience , but quality control and consistency is a bit of an issue.
