The atmosphere and food here is fantastic. The Margheritas are incredible. They are a must try. Everything tastes fresh and delicious. The staff are so kind and helpful. We ordered the beef brisket nachos which were so good and the three tacos of fish taco, shrimp taco, and mushroom taco.

This is my favourite mexican restaurant. My spouse and I drive 3 hours to go here, and its worth it. The flavours are on point, the staff are welcoming and attentive, and the desserts are always good.
The ambiance is so nice, too.
They used to have a hibiscus rice pudding that I literally still dream about, but its been replaced. Last time I was there I had the pumpkin pie cheesecake and it was great, as well.

I was visiting for the Thanksgiving weekend on a Saturday. Was not expecting anything and was pleasantly surprised to find a place where the food is tasty and has an authentic taste, the atmosphere is chill and vibrant at the same time, and the service was excellent. My husband and I ordered the guacamole and chips as an entrée, and I ordered the beetroot, tofu, and charred chicken tacos as my main course. My husband had the brisket, smoked pork, and battered fish tacos. Everything was delicious, smoky, and filling. My husband particularly enjoyed the smoked pork tacos. The jalapeño margaritas were also superb! Definitely coming back again!
So thrilled to see a restaurant with a specific menu for us celiac! Fantastic tacos, and the smoked beets are delicious.

Wow! What a find! So good, we went back the next night! Locally-sourced foods and skillful preparation make even the green salad delicious. I wish we lived closer to Owen Sound because we would be back again. And again! Highly recommend the Oaxaca quesadillas, the black bean and cheese taco, and the fish taco (which my sister said was the best she’d ever eaten, lightly sauced with pineapple salsa). I loved the green salad on the side of my Oaxaca quesadillas so much the first night that I had a full salad (with crispy cauliflower) the next night. We also tried the chips and salsa verde and then the chips and guacamole. The salsa verde was delightfully green in color and flavor. The guacamole was a creamy, smooth style with a strong lime flavor. Nothing was spicy, if that is either a concern or a draw for you, but a range of hot sauces was available. Atmosphere and people only added to our enjoyment. Should we find ourselves in Owen Sound again, we will be back!
