Good food and excellent service. My husband ordered a beer and noticed the taste was off, we notified the server and she took it back to the bartender to let him know about the taste and look of the beer. The bartender checked it and agreed that something was off and promptly removed it from our bill and from dinner service. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
I only gave you four stars, because the booth we were sitting in, had a large tear on both seat cushions. Our daughter had to sit in the middle of the cushion, very close to her brother to avoid the tear on her cushion. Please do not seat people at booths with damaged seat cushions. Thanks.

Usually get an entree, fill up on soup and salad and get a take out box, but my prior visit I didn't get my salad until after the entree arrived. Didn't come back for a while, but when I did, I stood waiting to be seated for so long that I left. Will not be back.

OWNER! when it’s 31 degrees outside please turn the AC on. Don’t skimp because it’s expensive. I could tell that me and other customers were dying of heat, it ruined the experience.. I even double checked and the vents weren’t blowing.
The employees were sweating bullets, and clearly feeling uncomfortable, which only brings down moral and makes working extra difficult, as well as ruins the customer comfort level.
I’m one of those people that doesn’t often leave reviews but I needed you to know it was an awful dining experience. Next time please for the sake of your employees and your customers (not the sake of your wallet) turn on the real air conditioner.
I will not be coming back on hot days. I saw customers using menus to FAN themselves. It was inappropriately hot, we left early with our food, simply because it was almost unbearable.
Huge appreciation for the employees trying their best, who were clearly fighting the heat themselves in thick uniforms.

Hot food always hot and good. But bagged lettuce, with sliced tomatoes, etc thrown on top, cut up and toss yourself salad was a complete failure. And no l don't want to fill in the form. Just do better. ESM used to have a terrific salad until they got cheap on it.
