Elsie’s Diner fully commits to its 1950s theme — very kitschy, very intentional, and honestly kind of fun. I had the Reuben sandwich, which was delicious, but the fries were pretty average, which held the combo back from realizing its potential. If the fries were as good as the sandwich, this would’ve been a solid 10/10.
Still a fun stop with great sandwiches and a strong retro vibe.

Terrible service, they messed up my order then said they would add more to the already cooked burger, because they said it would be 7 mins and I'm in a hurry getting takeout I decided to not get the burger anymore and they just refunded me for the burger and charged me for the frys and kept my tips, I went back for the tip. I liked this place but won't be back.

The vegetarian wrap (rice, quinoa and lots of vegetables) was super delicious! Was also had the fish and chips and a burger which were great. The breakfast dish was huge. Beautiful retro design

Prices were high. Service was mediocre. Had some mashed potatoes, they cold and tasted funny, very dry. Ordered a Seniors grilled cheese and ham. Nothing to write home about. Had a piece of apple pie, slightly warmed, but came to the table as though it was dropped upside-down. No ice-cream or cheddar cheese offered. Not worth the money and won't be back.
