This used to be my fave place but the last 3 times I’ve gone they have started to pull stuff 1-2 hours before close. Just got home and and ordered it like 10 mins ago and everything is cold. I asked for light sauce and it’s drenched in sauce. Also I paid for a LARGE and the portions I got was for a regular. Again I used to come here all the time but I’m not going to this location ever again

I've ordered 4 pick up orders since it's been open and not once have they even started making the food when I arrived to pick it up after the order was confirmed with plenty of notice. They do not carry cilantro or fresh jalapenos either...why do they leave it as an option? Mexican food needs both!! I'll drive to the other side of the city from now on for my burritos and tacos where the selection of proteins, toppings and the service are far superior. Fresh has had enough chances and it's honestly very basic food anyways.

NOT REALLY FRESH ANYMORE. Was once my favourite place for Mexican. Just discovered that they recently removed fresh jalapeño and fresh cilantro from the toppings choices. Pickled jalapeños only and no cilantro at all. Too bad. I’ll have to rethink my Mexican choice now. Service was still top-notch.
Cold food. Paid for a fry supreme. Would get more fries in a small from McDonald’s and then was just drowned in sauce and toppings.

Went in this evening giving fresh burrito a second chance, went In at 9:20pm ( they close at ten so felt bad but late dinner ) the worker made us wait 10 minutes he was cleaning the grill, then took our order only to have half a portion the friend I was with almost walked out. I had maybe a handful of fries in my fries supreme , toppings he got angry when I asked for tomatoes onions and jakapenos instead of corn and said next time he’d charge me for the change. Still hoping for good food I open my fries surprend it is 1/3 of the container fries aren’t cooked and everything is ice cold this is the last time I attempt this awful place and recommend going else where they don’t want to serve or serve edible food. My first experience gave me uncooked still frozen shrimp in my burrito bowl and had hoped it was just a fluke but no STAY AWAY from this place

My first experience and more thank likely my last, workers seemed annoyed to even make the food or be asked simple questions. Rice bowl , what rice? And the little rice I got was rock hard ( I asked no beans) I basically got home to a rock rice with veggies absolutely disgusting. I would avoid this place like the plague after this experience also 14$ for such horrid food no thanks
Great big burritoes They have lots of options, and the spicy is genuine. Ask for extra spicy, and you'll actually taste it. The rice is cooked right, and the beans are not overcooked. Last time I went they mixed the burrito while the meat was cooking and the meat ended up all on one side and the burrito is 3 mouths wide so unfortunately it mattered and ruined my experience.
