I had the shrimp poke bowl and a juice. Server was very nice and quick with my order. Had everything it was supposed to have. Restaurant was lovely and clean, tidy. Quite as it had just opened but that was also nice. Would eat here again.

first off its a clean and modern looking location, I ordered Ahi Tune Poke and a Tropical Mango smoothie coming to 28$ the staff were kind and i observed them helping one another in food preperation. likely due to very few people present it did feel a little empty no fault of the business though. the poke was fine but certainly was a poke in the style of a health food store trying to do poke rather than a dedicated Japanese/Hawain Poke and the mango tropical tasted un expected not bad but i expected less what i can only decribe as skyre (a type of yogurt) taste over mango or it was pina colata flavour one or the other not 100% sure. would i order again here, probably for those into health foods i certainly can see the appeal

To every critical response, you reply that you’ll take the criticism to improve the quality of the restaurant. I had ordered a Chicken Teryaki Bowl on doordash, which came with no chicken or teriyaki. This is been a common theme in your reviews for months now. We called to tell them and the man who answered was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I ended up wasting my money on mediocre food, which wasn’t even right to begin with. Don’t reply with some “we will improve future experiences”, because you obviously haven’t if people have been complaining about this issue for months.

I love the freshii chain, but I have found the service slow at this location on multiple occasions. As a walk-in, I stood as the only person in line for awhile without the staff saying hello as they made a couple of online orders. The food is good though, the Berri Crunchii is my current favourite - I wish they didn't get rid of the market salad with pickled beets, that was an amazing salad.

Just bought mezze delight bowl via Uber eats And it's filled with just the leaves there's no quinoa and sauce So bad 👎 It's just wastage of my 25 dollars So disappointing I am regular customer but nowadays their staff is not making good bowls just filling bowls with leaves only Not gonna buy anything from next time

Just bought a spicy lemon grass soup with no veggies in it!! The dude was talking on the phone the whole time also. Never the type to complain but was looking forward to some nutrients and the amazing quality of freshii. I did not have this experience:(

Don’t go if you’re in a rush! We were there this evening and waited too long for what we ordered— Even watched him make an order for someone who ordered after us. Frustrating. Location requires 2 staff at all times, in my opinion.

We visited for the first time today and were pleased with everything- the food, the atmosphere, the service. I had my kids with me and my daughter wanted to change her salad all around, and the gentleman behind the counter was patient and helpful. The restaurant was larger than I was expcting, too, plenty of cozy places to sit. Will definitely visit here again as we are looking for healthier places to eat. Food quality was perfect.
