Very slow service they missed the concept of fast food service. We order two burgers and a drink. The milkshake is in edible and by the time they got the other burger, the original burger we got was cold very dissatisfied. I understand why people don’t come here my friends don’t come here for this reason I thought maybe I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, but to my dismay my entire experience was negative unenjoyable

after placing my order my server left my order to become cashier and when she started topping my burger she stopped again to answer the phone, when she finally finished my order I realized the ice machine was broken ... AGAIN ...and when I asked the server for ice and she acted like I was inconveniencing her and made me wait again. By the time I got to my table the meal I had to share with flies was cold. This Harvey's location is SCEAMING for new management ! Its always something with this location time and time again. I have eaten at other locations with no problems but this one needs serious attention, always seems under staffed and disorganized

Not only they have the most nasty fries, all broken into little burnt pieces, but also it has been MONTHS since the ice machine is not working and you have to keep asking for ice from the cashier. Today, to top it all, they didn’t have KETCHUP too! Again another trip to the cashier. Shame on you!

Great dining experience’s at this restaurant. Food was wonderful and came out fast, Highly recommend giving the poutines a try! Service was great Abbie gives excellent recommendations. Atmosphere was very inviting & welcoming!
