Nice cozy pub in downtown Owen Sound. Some people think it's small but I'd say it's the same size as any 'hole in the wall' pub you'd find in a large city. I like it small sometimes because people are usually friendlier and staff gives good service. Certainly the case here. Also, food was tremendous. Like really good!

Nice little eclectic restaurant with really good food. The owner is very hardworking; to be honest, she seems to be working far too hard, but then again, it must be difficult to find good staff these days. Overall, the food is worth a visit. Sit back and enjoy the environment and live music.

We were in Owen Sound for the night and wanted to support a local restaurant. Jazzmyn's had good a Google rating so we made a reservation and went there. We were surprised to see how small it was. There are only about 20 seats! We were seated and checked out the interesting decorations. My wife ordered the roasted beet and goat cheese salad with chicken and I had the chicken kyber curry. It had a mixture of vegetables and fruit. A first for me but, I really enjoyed it. The wine was rally good as well. The good looking blonde lady who was running the room was great! I'll certainly go back next time I'm in town.

Unfortunately we visited on a busy evening and service was SLOW! I mean over an hour to get an appetizer. We did wait for our main course, however we won't be back. No offer of a free drink or apology for the crazy slow service.

We were looking forward to a night out with dinner and music but we were so disappointed we left before the music started. We left at 8:05 and the music was to have started at 8:00. We were greeted in a very friendly manner by the hostess/waitress/bartender who was working alone taking care of the out door seating, the lounge and dining area. She did her absolute best. There was a minimal wine selection but found one that was satisfactory. We started with the rubbery calamari. It happens. But I had the fish and chips with perch (I was excited because it was to be lightly fried). The fish tasted old and deep fried to an absolute crisp and the fries are dry - not crispy, just dry. My wife’s salmon was moist, probably because it was a bit undercooked, but the worst part was the mashed potatoes (had to be two days old) and the frozen vegetables. We won’t go back again.

Hands down one of the worst meals I have ever had. Pasta was straight from a box, “Alfredo sauce” was just a little butter with herbs. Mushy over cooked vegetables. Disgustingly huge portions. The other person I was with got a burger, was completely raw and came out last because it “wasn't ready”. The other guest got the perch tasted like burnt oil.It was dead silent in the restaurant no music playing all you could hear was phone notifications. The dinning room was littered with flies.Will not be returning or spending another dime there.
