Went here with the family, and probably will never go back.
Overall the food leaves you wanting and the service could be improved. We ordered calamari and an uncooked chicken wing showed up on the plate as well. Our waitress never checked up on our food or asked how we were. We had to ask to see the manager, who was nice and super apologetic. (Even payed for the appy and a desert).
We kept having to ask other staff to see our waitress, and when our tip reflected our opinion of the service, that was the first time our waitress asked about the quality of our service/meal.
I would not recommend.

Had such a great experience at Kelsey’s Owen Sound! Our server Ray was an absolute delight—super friendly, attentive, and so good at handling our large party. She made sure everyone was taken care of and really added to how much fun we had. The food was delicious too, which made the whole night even better. Big thanks to Ray and the team!

If you’re looking for great food and an even better vibe, Kelsey’s is the place to be! The moment we sat down, we were greeted by Ray—our waitress, hype woman, and unofficial stand-up comedian for the night. She somehow managed to balance being lightning-fast with drinks, knowing the menu like the back of her hand, and keeping us laughing the entire time.

The food was delicious, and drinks were GREAT; but honestly, Ray made the whole experience unforgettable. She had the perfect mix of professionalism and fun—you could tell she genuinely cared that we had a great time. By the end of the meal, we weren’t just customers; we felt like old friends.

If you go to Kelsey’s, do yourself a favor: ask for Ray. She turns dinner into an experience you’ll actually want to talk about after.

They couldn’t cook a steak if their life depended on it
Ordered sirloin medium rare it came rare and tasteless and the potato was dry
Order the fajita with steak came burnt and the rice was stuck/burnt to the pan

We came on a Tuesday for lunch and sat on the patio, only two other tables out there, we were ignored by the waitress serving the other two tables outside so our hostess came back and took our order, the food came promptly and was excellent but we were never checked on, even after a good 15-20 minutes of our plates sitting there empty at the end of the table the other waitress that had been serving the other two tables continued to ignore us even as she walked by numerous times. Great food, very poor service.

My husband my son and I went into Kelsey’s for lunch. The server was pleasant but when I told her that our chicken fajitas were completely burnt (after we ate because she didn’t come check more than just after she dropped it off) she asked us “do you want me to do something for you?” My husband immediately said no it’s ok. Unfortunately I don’t think she should have asked us she should have just done something. Like remove at least 50% of the meal. Why do I have to tell you how to fix your problem? Very dissatisfied and disappointed. We won’t go in there again.

The food was fairly good. The service on the other hand was awful. The place was empty and it was like pulling teeth to get any kind of service. It started slow, got slower from there and was practically non existent after that. I'll never come back here again.
