Kelseys Original Roadhouse

It's great to have this restaurant open again! Friendly staff, fairly speedy service and love the outdoor patio. Large tables inside are quite difficult to chat though, without anything to block the noise? Overall a great option for a quick dinner among friends 🙂

I’m not one to make reviews but this has been the third time we’ve tried this location and each of the times are service was poor … tonight our service started out on a great start but after we got our starter , a different server brought out our main corse when my boyfriend and I both oreded another drink
We both finished our food and still had never got our drinks our plates were done and our sever said I’ll be right back with your drinks went to the back and 2 min later came out with another bill . Another 5 min passed and nothing so my boyfriend literally went and took our drink off the bar that had been sitting there for quite awhile and served them to us himself . Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience she simply brought us the bill and a box and that was it not even an apology or even jsut taking the drinks off as courtesy definitely a disappointing experience especially with spending 100$ for a bad experience

We went here not long ago.. and the service wasn’t great and the food was disappointing. We shared some apps .. the nachos and the chicken bites, the chicken bites were dried out and the nachos were very much mediocre… the chicken on the nachos was burnt and dried out.. although the cheese dip was a nice touch .. the $5 drinks weren’t we were charged extra.. and we were charged extra for a ranch dip for our daughters chicken fingers and fries.
We were super excited to go to Kelsey’s as it’s a always been good at other locations.. we were sadly disappointed ☹️

I ordered Wings and said to add nothing to them, at all, not even salt and pepper, as I'm allergic to black pepper, they added black pepper to the wings. I personally wouldn't go back because they can't even follow not adding anything to wings even when it's a food allergy.

Enjoyed dining in for the first time in a while, Lorissa definitely made it worth it. She helped out a lot considering with how busy it was and was always checking on us. Definitely would come back again especially with the great service we had!

Feisty staff with fantastic food. Cannot go wrong with some applebutter wings on a Thursday; pasta on a Sunday; and a tall cold one with a burger any day. Bring an appetite.
