We love going to Kettles. Nothing fancy just good home cooking and killer baked goods. The staff are great and you always have your food quickly. Always A+++

I was a little disappointed in my experience here. We chose this restaurant because the reviews look pretty good and they have a gluten friendly menu online. When we showed up, we only had to wait about 5 minutes for a table and service was relatively quick. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich off the gluten friendly menu, and when our food came out I noticed the chicken burger was just one of those frozen store bought burgers you put in the oven to cook. After I had a few bites, I double checked with one of the servers that I was in fact given a gluten free meal because the bun seemed too good to be gluten free (but it's not impossible because I have had really good buns in other restaurants). Turns out they forgot to tell the kitchen staff that I needed a gluten free meal. They were quick to correct the issue, but now because of that mistake I will be suffering from some unpleasant symptoms. Upon paying the bill, I was surprised that they did not compensate me in any way for the mistake. Now because of that mistake, I get to be sick all night and I had to pay the full price for it. The gluten free brownie was super rich and had so much icing piled on it that I could only eat a few small bites of it. My fiance enjoyed his meal of fish and chips and chocolate cream pie, but he does not have any dietary restrictions to worry about.

Overall, the food wasn't very impressive and I don't think I have a desire to go back. If you have a gluten intolerance or are celiac, avoid this place.

This is a Must try! We stopped at Kettles on our way to Niagara Falls. Wanting home cooking, not fast foods during our cross Ontario trip.
We made sure our trip back included a dinner stop at kettles.
Kids ranked the grilled cheese a 10-10.
Each meal was done to perfection.

We decided to try out this restaurant as it was always packed in the parking lot for lunch. On our way home from camping. It was pouring rain and we decided to have breakfast at this delightful restaurant. The service was excellent. The food was plenty and hot. I would definitely go back again. I would love to try their fish and chips for lunch. Go here anytime you will not be disappointed. I’m sure very happy thank you and I’m very particular.

Bone in my Turkey Hot Sandwich but what really ticked me off was 10 people who were seated after me, all had their orders taken before I had mine (which I had to stop the waiter to ask if he wanted to take my order). One meal came and the second one was 3 - 4 minutes later. Don't you usually get your tables orders at the same time? Will not be back.

All the food looked excellent my order was good except for my sweet potato fries for a little overdone. Well worth a visit large variety on the menu and homemade goodies to take home

Went here while we were on our way back to Toronto, and it’s worth the hype! The food portions were huge for what ur paying and it tasted delicious. The service was AMAZING!!! Definitely recommend!
