They made the order wrong. I called them and the lady who answered had no idea what I was saying. I finally repeated it for a 6th time and she realized what I was saying. She then told me she entered the wrong order. That I could come back and buy the right order. This store is pathetic. Food was cold and small, salad was half full. Spend your money somewhere else. You'll still be hungry if you get food from here. Worst KFC I've ever been to.

Ordered two 4 pc combos. I asked the cashier if the combos come with salad. She told me the options and I wanted two individual Mac salads. After I paid she told me they only have 4 pics of chicken and I would have to wait 17-19 minutes for the chicken. I said I was in a bit of a hurry she then said she had 4 tenders. I said fine. When I went to eat my meal I then realized the cashier substituted my fries for the salad which was not what I asked for. Totally disappointed. I guess to get the orderes correct we must have to spell everything out. The cashier should not assume. I am not eating at this location again. I'm done. Been here before and long waits and staff locking the door while inside was a few encounters I have had in the past.

If I could give 0 star rating I would. staff rude, demeaning to customers. Wrong order received, when called about it the manager refused to give here name and argued about service and food received. Not even edible wouldn't feed it to my dog. Save your money go somewhere else

there has not been a single time I've ordered from here where my order was correct and my fries weren't stale, if you order dark meat only you better bet you're getting at least one piece of white meat, and on the flip side an order of white meat only came with the majority dark meat. the pieces you get are tiny and mostly bone.
a few years back i learned from someone who worked in the kfc in Kincardine (before it shut down) that they changed the way they cut the chicken to get more pieces out of a single bird, which was noticeable at the time but shrinkflation was hitting everything and the change made i believe 2 more pieces so the sizes of the pieces still weren't too bad. it was a few years after the store in Kincardine closed that i moved to Owen Sound, but either this franchise specifically is cutting the chicken to get twice as many pieces out of it or kfc as whole really screwed up changing the standard for how to divide the chicken again.
save yourself some money and just get popeyes, you pay basically the same price for significantly better quality and portion sizes.

Arrived on Sunday at 1pm . Door was locked. Staff were inside not doing anything. When they saw me pull the door because I didn't know it was locked, they laughed. Make sense since this is a joke of a KFC.

Can't say much about 2nd 2 points b/c my husband brought it home but he says they were pleasant and the place was clean. The chicken was dry and difficult to eat with a ton of tiny bones in it. It was hard to say what part of the chicken it was. It is the following day and I am sick which is why I have it every 5 or 6 yrs. giving them a chance to get me back as a customer. I will say I'll never go back but I'll probably try one more time at a different location, in about 5 or 6 years from now, if I have the time to chance being sick. That's a gamble most people don't want to take.
The staff at the local FKC are fast, friendly, and very polite. The restaurant is very clean. The prices are decent, as they are set by a head office. The food is hot, and fresh.
