Excellent service fun environment. Hidden gem that's forsure!
Really nice meals at a very reasonable price. Even though they were short staff due to the weather the server in the kitchen went out her of wey to be sure we had a good breakfast
Four of us chose Kincaids for quieter, low-key dinner out. We couldn't believe that on a Friday night, we were the only guests (a little worrying). However, the food and the service were excellent. The House Pelee Island red wine was modestly priced. Two orders of Chicken Quesadilla were the best seen around Owen Sound. The Seafood Scampi was delicious and loaded with Seafood. My sirloin steak was perfectly cooked. This place has been off our radar for a few years, but it may be the go to place for a decent dinner location. Well done to our Server Ruth and the entire Kitchen staff.

Menu hasn't been updated in 11 years, TV in the lounge is broken, decor is out dated, and over priced.
The restaurant has limited hours and open only during typical meal times, closing in between. The room service fee is a bit steep but why not just walk down to the restaurant? The food is good, hot, fresh and served quickly. The price is a typical family restaurant fee of about $10-$15 per person with coffee included.
I was too tired to drive to a restaurant and was pleased to discover our hotel had it's own. Our server Leah was pleasant and the food was hot and fresh.
Service was good but food was subpar. Had turkey and swiss on whole wheat, turkey was dry and the soup my partner had was bland and not very hot. A lot of the ingredients used were not super fresh. Outdated decor, but prices were not super terrible. Overall just average and not that great but was open on family day which is great
