This was my second time ordering food in the morning, and I observed that the staff did not greet customers or display the level of courtesy expected under McDonald’s customer service standards. The manner in which the employee spoke to me was disrespectful and appears to be inconsistent with McDonald’s Code of Conduct and customer service policies. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate corrective action be taken to ensure compliance with established service guidelines.

All is good, but, a bit of a weird thing - you need to ask them to let you into the washroom every time you need to wash your hands, or, to actually use it 😁. No big deal, just heads up.
