If you’re looking for a break from burgers and fries, Minh’s is a good choice. The noodles are tasty, though the menu isn’t strictly traditional Vietnamese. The restaurant is very spacious, making it comfortable for larger groups, and seating by the window offers a nice view. Overall, a good spot for a casual meal.

Stopped here on our way from Wiarton to Barrie. Atmosphere was what is to be expected but the view of the water and yacht club was fabulous. Menu was varied and definately has something for everyone. Service was efficient and quick, food was excellent. We had the pork fried spring rolls, sui mai, chicken pad thai and bun.
We have eating Vietnamese in Barrie Toronto, Calgary and Edmonton and this place holds its own against any one we have been to. I would highly...

Really enjoyed our experience at Minh's!! We've tried a couple local places and this is the best, by far. We ordered the chicken bahn mi, Pho Ga, chicken pad Thai, Minh's soup dumplings and the fried tofu summer rolled. We barely had any leftovers, it was so good! The Pho broth was exceptional, I didn't dare touch hoison or Sriracha because the flavor was incredible on its own! The pad Thai was a happy surprise, easily the best I've had in a while! I wasn't...
