For some reason, people in Owen Sound do not update the google profiles of restaurants. We drove here and discovered that the restaurant has been closed for the entirety of the pandemic. And would not open until October! I posted a picture of the closure letter on the door, but the restaurant deleted it. Hope this place opens soon as its reputation proceeds it.
WE had a gift certrificate to use and took advantage of the good weather to visit Nathaniel"s for lunch. The lunch menu was large. My wife had bacon wrapped scallops followed by veal. I had french onion soup followed by fresh white fish. They had a good wine selection. We indulged in cheesecake and pecan pie. Tea was seved in a proper pot . The service was great and lunch very enjoyable.
Our friends, my husband and I had a lovely dinner here. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. What a lovely place for a romantic dinner, or a special occasion dinner. We will revisit the next time we come to Owen Sound!
