The Owen Sound Pizza Hut team is amazing! Very helpful on the phone and excellent customer service. They go out of their way to make sure customers have a great experience and the food was delicious !
Why is there food so over cooked? It takes away from the flavor. The last 3 times we've ordered food it's over cooked and tastes burnt. When u place ur order for delivery, there is no option to say lightly done or comment. Wish there was because again today it's burnt. I'd call and complain, but I've done that time and time again and still got the same results again.I'm glad the manager actually reached out to us, he was very kind and apologetic. He was kind of enough to help fix the problem. Thank you. Food was perfect!!

I don't order out very often but I have to say the odd time I do at the Owen Sound Pizza Hut location they are always extremely friendly, order is hot, (correct) and ready to go! Thier pizza is so delicious, crust is crisp and light, lots of toppings right to the edge. They also have some pretty great online deals to choose from.I don't live in town so it's always a pleasure that our take out is still fresh and hot when we get home, I will always order from this location.Parking: Ample parking
