“From the moment I arrived for lunch today I had a very good experience. The staff was very positive/pleasant and extremely courteous. I've never before had someone perceptive enough to bring a take-out box before I had to ask. I've never before had someone come to the table to let us know that she'd be briefly using a vacuum cleaner because she wanted to remove salt from the carpeting (= respect for us and the facility). I really enjoyed the food as well. Thank you to those I interacted with today, and the organization that creates an atmosphere where they can shine.“
