When I ordered two large cups of coffee and I got half a cup for each, what do you think?
My sister bought us starbucks today. There was blood on the cup and they still refused a refund. They said there was nothing they could do besides redirect us to someone else. After much conversation they finally gave her a refund. Pretty sure that’s an extreme health and safety violation, a refund of $7 is the least they could’ve done!

Waited 30 minutes for an Americano (no bells or whistles) among 20 ish people inside while the drive through ran like lightning. No visible manager on the floor, staff looked lost, and there seemed to be a SINGLE person on espresso based drinks for inside. Not what I expect from a Starbucks.

Pup cup too scary to eat in the car. Food 5 stars because the matcha frappe is reliable.
GET RID OF THOSE GREEN STRAWS FROM HEY TASTE LIKE MOTOR OIL. Or just stop giving straws and disappearing like I can’t give it back ??????
