I required lactose free milk and all they had was an oat based milk I refused the milk product. If you offer milk for lactose free milk intolerant why wouldn’t you have abundance on hand

Every time I go in. no matter the time. or if I order ahead and even dont show up for 20 minutes. im still left waiting. I waited 20 minutes. and had to leave. said I could get a refund. but I couldn't cause I couldn't wait for someone to come to the counter.
I would of ordered ahead of time. but the app wasn't working.
if you dont have 30 minutes. you'll be late. Great for sitting down. but not very good on the go. worst part is the staff nice. so you cant even be mad.

Your typical Starbucks great for a quick pop in for a coffee or tea. The staff are amazing and friendly, and their service is generally pretty quick.
Unfortunately, you might be out of luck for when it comes down to snacks if you arrive at this location later than dinner time. I've left the location hungry multiple times due to the fact that there were literally no options left when I ordered any of the snacks

I went tonight and they locked their doors 5 minutes before close so I went through drive through and after I waited a full minute for service the girl was clearly not pleased to greet me. I asked for my birthday drink and they made me the wrong drink :( plus the girl's bad attitude totally killed my vibe. bad experience
This location has their own unreasonable policy when it comes to ordering a drink with ice on the side. Staff cite social media trends like TikTok as a reason for refusing such a simple request, which is frustrating and unprofessional. First, they said that they have their policy because I asked for the ice on the side they decided to give me half a drink just out of spite.
