This is one of the dirtiest locations I’ve ever been in. It’s only 8:50 am and the doors, counters, and tables are all filthy.
Staff are pleasant but please clean. Makes me wonder about the espresso machines.

After paying over $9 for a drink like I always do, I always get my 2 kids a tall iced water, today when I tried the girl with the heart glasses literally told me off and said if I wanted to get 2 iced waters I needed to buy 2 or more drinks, this has NEVER been the case before and I was super throw off by how insanely rude she was about it.. I then asked for another cup then and she just said no. Ill be taking my business to port elgin from now on where they are beyond friendly and always do a fabulous job.

Today at Starbucks around 3pm I ordered 5 drinks for everyone in my car and when I got to the window one of the baristas with dark brown hair told me if you want to order more than 3-4 drinks you have to do it ahead. She was very rude and was quick to tell us off. As a fellow partner at Starbucks this is not a rule we have and there have been many times where we have made more than 4 drinks at drive thru and have told the customer it will just take a little longer to make. I am surprised on how rude she was and the quality of the drinks was poor. I will not be coming back.

My sister bought us starbucks today. There was blood on the cup and they still refused a refund. They said there was nothing they could do besides redirect us to someone else. After much conversation they finally gave her a refund. Pretty sure that’s an extreme health and safety violation, a refund of $7 is the least they could’ve done!
