The people that work here deserve more respect, however the addition of the tip option at an already expensive place to get your caffine fix is unacceptable in my eyes. Tipping before you even get what you ordered just sows seeds of hate towards non-tipping customers, giving the maker of fine drinks incentive to not make your drink with as much love as they normally would have. That change alone has turned me off of the near daily Matchas I used to get here.Thank you for all the good Matchas, pre-tip option.

My drink today I asked for very light ice I had to take it out had 27 cubes ,yes I counted them ,and was given caramel on the top which I didn't ask for .PLEASE LISTEN TO THE ORDERS .not listening could cause issues with the customers drinking the product .

Staff lost track of many people’s orders including mine after the label printer broke. Waited 35 minutes for a mobile order of 2 drinks. Told it was made in chronological order but walk ins left faster. Got a rude response when o asked to speak with manager (declined) that they are just backed up.

Im a local and come to this location before work at least twice a week. Everytime i come i wait for like 15 mins in drive through. I never complain about the wait, i just leave for work earlier. Today however i waited and got up to the window, handed the guy a 50. My drink was like 8 something so all he had to do was give me 2 twenties and some change. He proceeded to tell me they dont take 50s and only have 5 dollar bills in the cash. I have never ever heard that before. I understand a 100 dollar bill but a 50?? The guy was not even apologetic. i just looked at my drink and drove away. They also said all starbucks in ontario do this. I asked my neice who has worked at Starbucks in T.O all through her 4 years of university and she laughed. No caffeine i guess before my 10 hour shift! Thx Owen Sound Starbucks.
