Usually I get a really good sub, but just because it’s getting close to close doesn’t mean you mess up peoples subs on purpose.

I work nights 10-7, I order a sub every week or whatever. I decided why not get a sub tonight through Uber eats.

HOW!! how do you mess up (no green peppers, pickles, onions and no mayo) I put what I wanted in selection and my entire sub was ruined, even one half had to be thrown out right away because it was covered in sauce.
I don’t b**** but Ima say this, I couldn’t eat it cause I can’t have white bread (hence why I ordered multigrain) and I don’t like mayo… so why would I get mayo and why would you put it on without it being requested?
Have good work ethic, you’re literally messing with people’s food, mood and day when you don’t prepare an order correctly, now I don’t have anything to eat for my shift. Thanks Guys?… he’s a photo for some proof as well.

Foods good there but the past 4 times I’ve ordered off Uber or door dash you have made the subs wrong every time so far I asked for 3 things not to be on my subs yet they are and the stuff I wanted on the sub never get put on it there’s a list on the app you’s get start reading it there’s a list on the order that easy to read or I’m not spending my money there anymore. Pretty good customer service. Subway has gone down in quality over the years. Whenever I order a sub, it gets rolled into a burrito-like thing and is hard to eat.

Abolutely disgusted with with BOTH managers at this establishment. Crystal and the other gentleman (who avoided 100% of giving his name) both screamed and yelled at me when I called in stating all of my sandwiches were labeled wrong for my children and I. (Please note, i was dropping them off lunch at school and took mine to work so not knowing they were labeled wrong before we all ate at opposite side of town). Firstly, Crystal spoke to me and then when i confeonted her about her disgusting attitude, she rudely stopped talking, and handed the phone to her male co-supervisor. Thinking I would get a little ease from this other person, it turned out to be another slap in the face. While they did state they would accommodate me to change the order, the tone and attitude was repugnant and mind blowing. Aside from that, we are starving and wanted some reassurance that they would take the initiave to avoid simiular issues for other customers, in a more positive and comfortable approach. I strongly advised to go to the other Subway across town to avoid conflicts to this degree, especially when you're starving, paying $34 and a 15% tip..(definitely called head office about this).
