Terrible experience at this Subway. I asked to have my sandwich grilled, which I do at other locations all the time without a single issue. A brown guy refused and gave me the excuse of “too many toppings,” which simply wasn’t true. My sandwich had a normal amount, nothing excessive at all.
This shows either laziness or a complete lack of customer care. Other Subways manage the exact same request easily, so why can’t this location? Instead of trying to accommodate a paying customer, the staff chose to argue and dismiss my request.
If this is how they treat customers over something so simple, I can only imagine how little effort goes into the rest of their service. I will not be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who expects basic professionalism or consistency from Subway. If there were an option for 0 or negative stars, this location would definitely deserve it because of that attitude guy.

Flies everywhere, disgusting place. Flies on the subs they were making. Bearded staff had no hairnets, we wanted to sit but the only tables that were clean were taken (2)

I purchased three subs 16 march 2025 for take out lunch . Getting them home to the family 30min away. When we opened all three the bread was hard and stale we couldnt eat. Ask to feel the sub bread when purchasing. Very dissapointed to say the least. I know this subway can do better then this.
I went to the Owen Sound store today evening, the associate making orders at the front gave a weird look as soon as we stepped in. We stepped out because the way he treated. Really poor customer service.

Really poor customer service and really rude behaviour. We entered through the front door around 3:30 pm and the sandwich making guys attitude made us to step back. Unappreciative customer service.

Ordered Two subs off the app. Absolutely terrible. No toppings, not toasted, wrong toppings on one. For over $30.00, I'd expect some care and attention. Thank goodness for Firehouse in the area!
Usually I get a really good sub, but just because it’s getting close to close doesn’t mean you mess up peoples subs on purpose.
I work nights 10-7, I order a sub every week or whatever. I decided why not get a sub tonight through Uber eats.
HOW!! how do you mess up (no green peppers, pickles, onions and no mayo) I put what I wanted in selection and my entire sub was ruined, even one half had to be thrown out right away because it was covered in sauce.
I don’t b**** but Ima say this, I couldn’t eat it cause I can’t have white bread (hence why I ordered multigrain) and I don’t like mayo… so why would I get mayo and why would you put it on without it being requested?
Have good work ethic, you’re literally messing with people’s food, mood and day when you don’t prepare an order correctly, now I don’t have anything to eat for my shift. Thanks Guys?… he’s a photo for some proof as well.
