Absolutely unacceptable. Waited 45 minutes for a simple order while flies buzzed around the counter and sandwich station. Staff seemed disorganized and completely unconcerned about hygiene or customer service. Not coming back — this location needs serious management attention and a health inspection. Last night was the second time we've eaten here in the past month. I can honestly say it was kne of the best tuna subs I've had in years! Tons of toppings (as ordered) and everything was super fresh! I know that sounds like the way it's supposed to be, but it's seldom the case.. this restaurant is definitely above par! Great job.. keep up the good work!! 👍🏼👍🏼

Third grade sandwich...Don't waste your money here...This is the third time I am having stale, cold sandwich...even after mentioning grilled.

I definitely do not recommend this subway very disrespectful staff and almost everytime me and my boyfriend have been to this location they screw somthing up.
My first bad experience with this location was on a Saturday shortly after dinner we both really wanted subway, we walked in, and after a couple minutes waiting in line we heard the worker tell the customer ahead of us that all they had that day for bread was wholewheat, mind you it isn't that hard to write a quick note that says that and stick it to the door so people don't waste their time
And just today my boyfriend was in their and ordered a steak and cheese sub, he asked for white cheese and the lady who was making his sub put chedder cheese on it, she also toasted it and randomly put lettuce on it WITHOUT ASKING.
Also almost everytime I go there i can't understand what the workers are saying because they talk very quiet and most of the time don't understand English.
When I called a few minutes ago and asked to speak with a manager, I tried to explain these incidents to her as she kept interrupting me asking what I wanted her to do about it, I just said I'd appreciate if they maybe had a staff meeting to try and improve and that I most likley wouldn't be back.

Haven't been there in a couple years and I remember why will not be back
Cheeses pizza is better than chicken pizza. Kids wanted to order a hot chocolate. Didn't got taken care for until my husband got up. Location was not really clean. My order also didn't get served right, at the hand out the lady didn't seem to care what I had to say. Chicken pizza wasnt ordered but charged for and wrong cookies

Went there spent over half hour watching them fill skip the dish orders instead of helping everyone that been waiting in line, you think customers that physically come there would have priority but don’t hold you breath
