Had the Schnitzel sandwich with the cucumber salad. Holy hell it was good! Highly recommend visiting this place for the amazing food and warm welcome from the owner. Very friendly and welcoming. The food is 10/10. I will be back while I'm in town. Wish I lived here so I could go more often!

The food was amazing especially for the price no where else in town can you get food this good for this price and the portions are way bigger than i expected went for lunch and have enough left over for dinner the owner is extremely nice he definitely made the experience even better look forward to next time thank you for bringing real food to a town filled with fast food

I've driven by this place many times and didn't know it was there but what a hidden gem! The cook/chef/owner is awesome the food was delicious and the portions were huge!! Will definitely be back!
Honestly this place is a hidden gem.The owner is as sharp and witty as they come. For $16 you can not get more value for your money. If sarcasm isn’t your forte keep the chit chat to a minimum. Great food.

The Bavarian Hut is a place my wife and I have been visiting for a couple months now, and let me just say, I couldn’t recommend the service more. Walking into the Hut is like throwing yourself across the German border, accent and all. George, the head chef and owner of the joint is entertaining as all get out. He’ll talk to you about anything and everything, from his pilgrimage around the world (and his many life experiences) to his time winding down his career in Owen Sound. Please, please come try this place. You won’t regret a thing.
