This used to be a decent store with great products and a terrific congenial owner but now there are new owners. I met the new guy once and he was short with me and very unfriendly. The new owner just now told my husband he won’t let people in who are wearing masks. He is afraid of masks, he said. Also asked my husband if he’s a Communist (he mentioned people in China wear masks & it’s a Communist country.) Obviously the new owner has very strange ideas and a decidedly unfriendly attitude. That’s not a good way to attract and keep customers. I shopped there whenever I was in Owen Sound but now I won’t, and I will warn people about his ignorant attitude. By the way, a lot of us seniors wear masks because we have underlying health issues and can’t afford to pick up viruses of any kind. Anyone wearing a mask into his store would not have caused him any inconvenience at all, but clearly his bizarre ideology is more important than his need for customers.
