Drive thru was quick but it can be difficult to understand what is being said when the person speaks so fast.

Super staff! The woman on the cash for inside service is lovely. I think her tag said Barbie. So refreshing to have customer service like that.

Love this location. Never had a bad experience. Staff are always super friendly (drive through and in-store)!! This is my go to location as it’s close by to work and I’m glad it is!!

I go through this location everyday and over the past year things have gotten worse. It's almost like they don't care, coffee is never stirred, half the time it is burnt or old coffee. There are a couple employees that are amazing barb and cam on drive thru are great. The rest do not care, the quality has gone way down since Faye owned it. She would have never let things get like this.

Ordered a coffee it was fresh that's always good but the coffee wasn't filled to the line where it was suppose to it was inch lower I don't pay 2 Dollars to get half coffee person felt like he wasn't happy to be there

However, worst service for third party drivers.
At the end, it doesn’t make sense that driver has to wait for 10 minutes to take the order which is ready to pick up and nobody is eventually asking the number.
When I was helped then she dumped the coffee because it was cold now waited 5 minutes to get my order.
Dear manager, if you try to maintain labour cost, that’s absolutely fine. At least follow the rule> first come first go.
2). Give system more time to assign the driver as we cannot waste 20 minutes to just wait and listen sorry again and again.
To the staff > before making gatherings at back, check once at front as well that someone is waiting for the order which ready to pick / if it is ready then give permission to use to pick it up by ourselves.
