I ordered a steeped tea with 2 SUGAR, but no I can’t even get that. I was given a steeped tea with 2 CREAM. Now it’s useless and has to be thrown out. However at this location whenever you let the staff know you have a problem they treat you like garbage, and act as if you are the problem when THEY are the ones that made the problem… just terrible. Only reason I put 1 star is because I HAVE to, honestly it’s a 0 star.

This is usually my go to location for my morning coffee before work but I have stopped going. Lately they have been taking my reward points but charge me full price for example my rewards say i have a free coffee, I order a coffee, they scan my points and claim my points and I still pay full for the coffee. Not sure how that works but I'm not impressed. Some of the staff go above and beyond, but generally they rush you and by the time you're saying hello you have a debit machine shoved in your face or they are short with you and rushing you out, especially if you pay cash and they have to do an extra step of giving you change. I know this location is busy and that's part of it, but it's not going to keep being busy if they steal reward points, treat customers like inconvenient ghosts, and rush orders that result in messing up the order every time. I hope they can get back to how it was, for now I will stick with other locations who take their time and do it right the first time.

Its so disappointing to see Tim Hortons go down the way it has been.
Not even Canadian based anymore.
This specific one ALWAYS gets my coffee wrong. Its really not a difficult thing to make, not to mention the number one thing TH is known for.
Also the service has been TERRIBLE.
Go to use the bathroom today, has a closed for cleaning sign. Ok, I respect and appreciate cleanliness. Wait 10 minutes, still closed, wait another 10 minutes, still closed.
So i went to ask someone if it would be done soon. The manager as well as 5 or 6 employees were standing around giggling about something. Took 5 minutes to evem get anyone's attention and didn't witness a single order in that time.
The manager goes to check the bathroom, ITS NOT EVEN BEING CLEANED NOR IS THERE A MESS.
This is absolutely ridiculous.
Bring TIM HORTONS back!

This has to be one of the worst Tim Hortons I've been to. If you go through the drive thru be prepared to repeat your order a couple of times because the people they put on the window can't understand english. Now they've stopped writing what you ordered on the lid, so it's a surprise what you get. I can say 98% of the time my order isn't what I've ordered. When you go back in to get it fixed the ladies that have been there for years have said this goes on all the time. Ever since Fay sold this restaurant it has consistently gone downhill. I feel bad for the long-time employees who have to deal with this every day.

Want to feel like you went through the drive thru from "Dude where's my car" then go here. You will be rudely rushed through your order while being asked "anything else" "what else" "anything else" "what else" almost had to tell them "no and then".. go to another tims!

Ordered cheese flatbread
It was smelling bad like old oil and when took a bite got sick within 15 minutes… very disappointed
I don't get it... Almost everytime me or my mom ask for a cold brew coffee made as dbl dbl or even just say "made with milk", we are given an iced coffee. Cold brew is more expensive and has more caffeine. It also tastes way better.
Please refrain your staff. We keep paying for items we are not receiving.

This Tim's has the best ice cap I've had at a Tim Hortons! If you're from the GTA - the ice cap here is a million times better.

Just visited this location and had more than 360 reward points and when guy on the window scanned my membership that reduced to 7 points and later on 35.
So disappointed ?
Do not go here. Coffee is always burnt or weak, food ordered (such as bagel) is made incorrectly or wrong entirely. Half full soup orders, sandwiches with barely half the meat, wraps where the wrap itself was more filling than the lacking contents.
While prices have gone up (with no notice) what we receive at a premium price is insulting at best. I understand errors will occur to quickly move the drive thru, however these errors have become the standard. I do not know where the incompetence lies however when you order a green tea and handed an ice coffee, point out the error and handed a Chai by a manager I feel it's safe to say it's more than a training issue.

If you want a smile cookie don’t go here. The smile on the cookie was not big enough and the cookies were very dry like they were 3 days old. The drive through lady was also rude, this cookie did not make me smile. If I could give it a 0/10 I would. Very disappointed, do better.
