I often stop at this location. It' s good. But the parking lot is in terrible condition. Watch out for deep hole just as you turn left off Highway to head to Timmies. It'll rattle your bones.

All the way from Winnipeg to Owen Sound, we stopped several times a day at Tim’s. I would get a cup of hot water and two hits of oat milk. I was always charged 20 cents for the cup but they were unable to figure out how to charge me for the oat milk, but they gave it to me anyway. I even offered to pay for a tea or milk if that was helpful and was always met with a “it’s ok. Don’t worry about it.” Until Owen Sound. “We can’t punch it in so we can’t give it to you”. So rigid and unhelpful. First time I ran into such an obliging Tim’s. 😔

Of the gazillion Tim Hortons in Owen Sound, this is my favourite. The quality of the food and drinks is the same as most Tim Hortons (always slightly disappointing when compared to the 1980s), but the tasteful renovations and renewed commitment to customer service makes this location stand out. Its worth a visit inside (you'll actually have to get out of the car and make an effort). There is plenty of parking when you include the abandoned Blockbuster next door.

I visited from Etobicoke and took some food from this location and the experience was amazing as compared to other locations. Service was quick and staff is too nice and helpful. Specially, There was an Indian lady who has pimples is a great seller. I was there just for coffee and sandwiches but she also sold me donuts in nice manners. I am really impressed from her selling skills. And the store was nicely cleaned as well. I will visit again definitely.

My drink was made incorrectly - no big deal it happens. I politely asked the lady at the counter (same one who took my order) if I could have it remade. She was rude and originally refused to remake it because “she made it and definitely made it right”.
She eventually agreed to remake after she showed another employee (I’m assuming manager) the drink — who confirmed it was made wrong. But from that point on we received dirty looks from the same lady until we left.
I didn’t mind that it was made wrong like I said it happens. But I didn’t appreciate the attitude and refusal to have the drink remade. I really hope the staff doesn’t treat all customers this way when they ask for something to be fixed or remade.

The staff at this location is really friendly and speedy. The team works together very well even with the store being completely renovated and the staff had to learn positions and placement of everything changed. This location is my go to location. I love it here!!
