Had a really positive experience at this Tim Hortons today. I accidentally dropped my bagel right after getting it, and without me even asking, the staff noticed and offered to remake it for me at no charge. Super kind team, fast service, and my coffee was perfect. Great location!

I’ve been a regular at this Tim Hortons for quite a while, and I do genuinely appreciate that 99% of the staff are friendly and welcoming. However, there's been an ongoing issue that’s really starting to wear me down. When I swing by early in the morning just for a simple coffee, it often gets messed up. I understand mistakes happen, but it’s frustrating when it happens repeatedly—especially when I’m in a rush and don’t have time for a do-over.
Just this past week, I actually had to leave and go to a different Tim’s after they got my coffee wrong twice in a row, even though I politely corrected them. And it’s not just coffee—I recently asked for wraps without sauce (mentioned twice), and they still put sauce on them.
To top it off, there’s a particular staff member who always seems to have a sour expression, which doesn’t exactly make the atmosphere inviting. I’ve never been rude; I’ve always been pleasant, but the repeated mistakes and the feeling of poor customer service are really making me reconsider this location. At this point, I might have to start going elsewhere, because I’d rather spend my money where I can count on getting what I ordered, and a friendly experience to go with it.

I order from here every chance I get because it’s the fastest in town. However the past three months I consistently receive my order made incorrectly, poorly or just straight up someone else’s order, my ice Capp is never made correctly at all: no whipped topping or expresso shot. They never provide a straw so I’m usually stuck not being able to drink it. When I add extra sauce to my wraps or sandwiches that does not mean soak the whole thing in sauce and throw it in the bag. When I order a donut I usually don’t get the one I paid for. They overfill the drink and it’s always spilled in the bag by the time I get it. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of care and quality at this branch. Read the damn order properly it’s not that hard to make an order be correct. The photo below is my ice capp I received that was supposed to have whipped topping and an expresso shot( I can taste the difference on the shot btw) and as you can see it has neither.
