I just want to give a shout-out to this location. most Tim Hortons ( well all but Sauble beach location) always charge me for a plain Timbit for my dog. Today I came in and the lovely young girl working never charged me as it was for my dog, I greatly appreciate that a ton. I visit Tim Hortons daily and in my own small town they never go over and beyond like this and know I am a frequent customer. So thank you for spoiling my pup, she was so happy and full of drool 😆

Qe have had issues with this location a few times. Order six fruit muffins lady said assorted? Answered No, and repeated six fruit explosion. Got home not one fruit and to make matters worse, Chocolate/hazelnut. I have anaphalaxis. Hubby call3d was was hung up on three times. Manager was condescending and called me sweetheart repeatedly. AVOID this downtown location. If j could give them minus score, I would!!

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a wrap on the self kiosk without vegetables and the wrap came with lettuce. I asked the manager (elderly white lady with the blue shirt and microphone) to please rebuild it or change it for me as I am allergic. But she was absolutely reluctant and rude and she would not do it, she tells me to remove the lettuce from the warp? had to throw the wrap. Extremely disappointed and horrible service from her.

I ask them to remake my coffee a couple times and everytime it still didn’t taste good and they keep acting like it’s ME inconveniencing them :/ I don’t get why they can’t just listen and make it properly sometimes it’s made so well by certain people and other times it’s indigestible why is it always such a gamble

I love Tim Horton's all around, I don't drink coffee yet I still love the place! Boston Cream donuts are to die for.
Tim Hortons should consider expanding their menu to include more sugar-free options. Given the prevalence of diabetes, it would be greatly appreciated if they could offer a wider variety of items beyond just an egg and coffee with sweetener.
