Came to this location while I was working to use the washroom and get myself a warm drink. There was one person in front of me in line and I still waited probably 20 minutes. I have never seen a customer service representative full lacking any sense of ambition to work. She slowly walked to where the cookies were, slowly put the cookies in the bag, slowly put the stuff away, slowly walk back to the counter to hand the guy in front of me his cookies. Once the customer in front of me walked out, she proceeds to take a receipt out of the till, presumably an online order, and I watched her prepare one hot beverage and take it to the mobile counter and before she came back to serve me another 10 minutes had gone by. I am hoping she was just having a bad day, or maybe wasn’t feeling the best and this isn’t how she is every day, but because of this my review has to be 1 star.
The cleanliness of the place was great and the food was great (I only got a cookie, since the hot chocolate machine was apparently not working) the service…. Could be seriously improved.

Was served this garbage for $5 and when brought to staffs attention that this is garbage, was argued with instead of having it corrected. Ignorant way to represent the franchise.

If I could give it a 0, I 100% would. I hate to write a bad review, yet I have never had a worse fast food experience. Disrespectful and petty employees. Definitely am done coming to this location. Owner/Manager should be ashamed of their staff!
