They are always so kind, super polite to myself and my children 👥 very understanding and inclusive when engaging with my son who has autism, they actually talk to him rather then dismiss him no weird looks or awkward stares 💯 Also washrooms are very clean 🫧

Love this location, will only go to this one when I’m in Owen Sound. Carol the supervisor (I believe that’s her name) is wonderful. She does all the same work as her staff which I really appreciate seeing as it is rare these days for management to do. Drive thru attitude is super friendly and the wait time inside has always been pretty short. Well done!

My son went in and ordered a med iced coffee with very little ice and the cashier made the iced coffee to the 3rd line and handed the cup half full and proceeded to argue with me (works for another tims for 3 yrs) I have never in my life have someone so rude about 1 drink asked if I wanted to see a manager i said yes, I would. He didnt get the manager but filled the cup all the way and left towards the drive tho and i had to wait for the other worker to notice i was still waiting to place my own order (son was paying for himself).

Overall average. Service is painfully slow. Has been since taken over by a Chinese company that has GUTTED Tim hortons service/quality.

Went there today around 1:30pm ordered a large ice cap and blt sandwich. Got the ice cap was told couldnt get the belt cause the chick that was making it dropped it on the floor wasn't offered a refund on the blt or anything
