Both my husband and I had Dave’s single combo both with chilli and 1 soft drink and a frosty. First of all the chili was like water with a couple beans and a couple pieces of beef in it. The drink was a cup of ice with a little po in it. The frosty was so full the lid didn’t stay on and leaked all over my car. For almost $27 I was very disappointed. Just another reason why cooking at home is probably best.

Always a super long wait, almost 5 min between cars. This time even after the wait my chicken was completely raw. I don’t know what has happened to that location in the last few years but it’s terrible.

We have fully given up on Wendys in Owen Sound. It has went SO down hill in the last few years, it used to be a favorite by the kids! We grabbed it after school, and I laughed at the crispy fries every time sign on the menu board. Cold soggy fries, the pop tastes horrible and my daughter could not eat her burger as the bun and the meat was rock hard.

Went through the drive through. Used a coupon for $22.99 and ordered an extra item for $3.69. With taxes, the total should have been $30.15 but I was charged over $35. When I pointed it out, they messed around with the computer for awhile and insisted that was the price and there’s nothing they could do about it. They refused to use a calculator to see that the computer amount was wrong and didn’t offer any solution. They could have at least offered a free item to make it up but they clearly didn’t care. To top it off, our bag was missing an order of fries and the drink order was wrong. Since new ownership, Wendy’s has been horrible. This will be our last visit. I can’t tolerate being willfully ripped off.

Trust me, Wendy’s Owen Sound became disgusting under the new manager. I don’t know how the hell he became manager! He spoilt the Wendy’s of Owen Sound. I have ordered many times from Doordash, the food is cold with stale chicken. THEY SHOULD FIRE THE MANAGER or else it will become worse

I don't know if it is only me but i find their burger a little bland (ordered Dave's Double), our food takes a liitle longer (understandable, since they informed us that the crew who was preparing is new), place is clean and well maintained, tables and chairs are clean and organized) 👍

We had a terrible experience at the Owen Sound Wendy’s.Drove up to the drive thru.Had to wait for 3 mins before we were told to wait for another 3 mins before our order was taken.No chocolate frosty,3 straight time it was unavailable.Then when we drove up to the window,when had to wait another 5 mins before we could pay.There was a number of employees available.Busy talking and laughing.Totally uninterested in customer service! Must be a money laundering location. This restaurant used to be a great location! The new owners are truly ruining it!

I won't go back to the Owen Sound location until they stop cheaping out on their pop....they're definitely skimping on the syrup for the mix to save money so I won't be back.

The last few times I have been here and I am not sure what changed but the food is way below what it used to be, very stale fries probably the oil reused too much, chicken like cardboard and missing or wrong items when ordered. Also the cleanliness of the interior has deteriorated.

I have been going to Wendy's for years and I very disappointed with my last 4 visits. The restaurant tables were all dirty, I had to wipe my own table down, pop machines were sloppy and no ice in one machine and the other had not many choices available. There seems to be a complete change over in staff and every single time there has been a delay due to cashier not knowing his job and not able to enter coupons easily or fix it when it doesn't come up properly. The staff seem friendly but clueless. I hope things can improve as I am not really interested in going back til they do! Customer service, cleanliness and training need work.
