I keep trying this place, and every time, I tell myself never again. I particularly think it's a me problem, but then I'll find a similar spot out of town with fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. It's getting harder to find spots that put in that little bit of effort like fresh cut fries and not charging extra for a side of dip or seasoning. It's great when you finish a meal at a restaurant with your family, get the bill, and are thinking take my money I can't wait to come back. You will not find that here. Word gets around in such a small town, and I feel sympathetic for the staff. Having proper management and work environment make all the difference.

I like the wings here but there is a few minor annoyances not to mention the horror stories ive heard abt the terible owners from ex staff like the owners watching staff on security cameras. They limit how many flavors of wings u can get witch i would understand if they didnt limited it so much for example if u buy 2 pounds of wings they limit u to only 1 flavor. The seasond fries were good but cost to much more compared to the reg fries for what is essentially some salts. They kept skipping over songs only to play 1 song 6 times and the music was so loud I had to put in noise canceling earbuds. They charge way to much for extra dip and when I asked to put the dip on a separate bill they did but also charged my father for them aswell. With all that yapping and complaining being said the main reason u go hear (for good wings with lots of flavors) they do a good job 2.7/5

Wings are good but takeout orders are always packaged incorrectly. Both times I’ve ordered takeout I have been shorted items. I also ordered in advance and have to wait 10-15 minutes after my order time to receive my food.

Happened into here while attending a kids hockey tournament, long take, got takeout and thoroughly enjoyed. The server was amazing. Had mex chicken wrap, chicken sandwich and an order of wings. All were super.

The food was hot and delicious. The service was great.our server was Lisa and she was friendly efficient and made sure she came over several times to see if we needed anything. She took the time to talk to us and made us feel welcome. I definitely will be back for more delicious food and will recommend this place to my friends and family.
Will likely be back if in the area. On Friday evening my wife and I shared an order of Mexican nachos as well as a pound of wings, mozzarella sticks and an order of garlic bread with cheese. All was hot, fresh and delicious. Had enough for a meal at home. Was quite busy but service was very good. Wall to wall TV’s showing a variety of sports. Cost of meal was reasonable which included a glass of wine and a beer. Excellent restaurant for the size of the town. We spent the night at the King Hotel which is another gem in Palmerston.
