Driving by (from Hamilton) and stopped in with my wife and sis-in-law. Food was very good and plentiful (we brought lots home), and the service (by the two owners) was very good and fun. We'll be back !

2 Rivers is a charming restaurant with a great vibe, offering excellent live music and attentive staff. This lovely local eatery features a gem of a patio right on the water, making it an ideal spot for breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays. The chef's talent is evident in dishes such as the date night dinner, which includes the Seafood linguine and 12-hour slow roast beef stroganoff. Guests enjoy the beautifully presented food, and the baked brie with fruit is a standout. The friendly staff provide excellent recommendations and often surprise diners with free desserts, like the “haystack,” which has been a tradition for 30 years. The historic building's ambience, combined with the river gently rippling next to the patio, adds to the warm atmosphere, making each visit to 2 Rivers a very satisfying and comfortable joy.
